They can see premonitions and visions and what if it is a premonition? I need to save Devon from that freak accident. I need to warn him tomorrow when I see him in school. I hope he believes me but if he doesn't, at least I tried saving him but I can’t afford to lose Devon. I don’t want him to die. I will do everything for him to believe in me because I don’t want him to ride in the car, especially the white car. I want to make sure first that everything is okay before I let him ride in a car.

As to what it means, it could be anything from something that is going to happen, is happening or has happened.’ She sits and stares at me with those piercing green eyes of hers.

"No. I did not, Nay. Why is that?" "Oh, thank goodness. I have a bad dream, and it's not good. Don't go around on your own, okay? And don't go to my house." I smiled and shook my head. Nanay Meline is a firm believer in premonitions. She always has them, and it's not wrong to follow. It's not new to me, as I always get this from her. "Don't worry, Nay. Everything is good with me," I said, looking at Enzo. He smiled sweetly.

I nodded without hesitation. "Until now, there has been no specialized knowledge that can explain the meaning of premonitions. So, if I experience that, I probably won't know what to do either, unless there's a clue?" she said flatly. And that flat remark made me turn to him. "Guidance?" He nodded without hesitation. "Like what?" I urged urgently. He sighed. "Perhaps, clues can be sought from what is happening, being experienced, or being felt." I fell silent for an instant.

I ask Krys as we walk in the forest. “Kaden and the pack are walking into a trap.” She just says, as she continues walking ahead with me following behind her. Again, how did she know that? “How do you know this?” I asked her and she paused with a very dark look in her eyes. “Because I saw how it all unfolds.” She vaguely says, as she pauses. “I had a premonition. I inherited my mother's peculiar ability to foretell the future and early this morning I had a vision.” Krys explains.

I looked at them; I had heard what they were saying earlier and looked at their faces for any sign of emotions. "Luna, we need to ask you something," My mother began. I sat up. "Are you aware of anything that triggers your headaches and the ringing in your ears?" "No I’m not. It’s just that I see three hooded figures whenever I feel the headache or the ringing." "Have they tried to communicate with you in any way?" She asked again. "No. no words. they just stand silently, watching. But lately, I have been seeing a black wolf in my dream lately. It does not attack me or anything."

I let my eyes flutter closed, recalling every detail of that vision. “I don’t understand,” I tell her. “I don’t have premonitions. But I saw it. I think. Maybe?” I open my eyes and look around the room, needing to get a visual of where I actually am. “It was just like the last time I had a weird vision. It felt more like an out-of-body experience than a—” I look at Pandora. “That’s it. I think I’m intercepting something. I just don’t have any idea what or who…or why.”

He nods and pours a glass of the spiced wine for himself. “Can- can the future be changed?” I ask. “Yes, that’s the whole reason the Goddess sends premonitions, so we can alter the course of the future. Otherwise, what’s the point of them?” I nod and sip my wine. It’s not bad. Sweet and fragrant, and it reminds me that the premonition I had wasn’t real. It was a dream, like Johnathan said before I lost touch with this world and slipped away into the other one.
