howl. Oh my God. Oh my God. The mantra kept repeating itself in almost incoherent gibberish in her mind. Something touched her still-throbbing sides, and without thinking, she turned her head and snapped. She caught something fleshy in her teeth, and she bit down hard, a warm spurt of fluid coating her tongue. Enjoying the taste, she chomped down harder, but something pried her jaw open, and the meat pulled free. Enraged at having her meal taken away, she attacked, her claws striking the animal before her, gouging its thin skin. The scent of blood, a smell she finally recognized, filled her senses and made her slaver in hunger.

The wild hares remain in the same place jumping around nibbling on the pieces of oat hays that Phobos scattered around as bait. "Do you have your knives?" He inquires whilst taking back my attention. Looking down to my right at the earth I pick them up and raise them for him to see. "Yes." I reply. "The knives will not kill them but it will hit them if thrown well. I shall take a hit as a kill." He mutters. Getting into a crawling position digging my nails into the soil I glare up at the wild hares analyzing their movements. I asked with a low frown. “Well, that’s what is expected of new prey like yourself but what we all know is that there are no rules.” My eyes widened and I released my fists. “There's no rule that states that a hunter should allow his prey go scot free, or a hunter and prey have to be friends by the end of the game- in fact, we’re allowed to treat Prey’s like actual prey’s, without mercy.” She let out a chuckle.

He was sure even a whisper would alert the shadow he was looking at in the dark. What it was, he didn’t know. He was sure, though, that it was bent over to a lump, unmoving body of someone. The creature was groaning, but its prey was no longer in the defense. Adjusting to the darkness, it became a challenge not to make a noise when he took in the feature of the monster. It looked just like the ones from the movie he, and others before her, were so fond of binge-watching. “What is happening?” he whispered, tears racing down once again as he slowly moved back.

And then, the world tilted on its axis. Mates! Mates! Our mates! Yes, I could have easily done a killing blow, but I find a slight enjoyment in making the evil beings suffer a little. Plus, I get paid more if I deliver them alive. Mucelini here broke the law.
