Pride And Prejudice Book Novels & Stories

I am aware that he is like looking at my face for a long time and is keep on glancing at me. “Ahmmnn a book entitled Wuthering Heights by Emily Bonte, Nicholas Nickleby by Charles Dickens, and hemmnn Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.” I said as I look into the books there. “I see, those are rare books now since they are old and people nowadays don’t like sad and pure narration stories.” Henry said and I just nod. Henry is now helping me through the pile of books. It was almost 30 minutes yet we haven’t found one of the 3 books.

If she finds out that I spent the night with the King. Thinking about it my face started to burn, remembering everything we had done. He took me in different positions, giving me great pleasure in all of them. Johannes was deliciously wonderful. I was very happy and dying to read a beautiful novel, so I chose a human book, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. Yes I know. Darcy may not be considered an excellent man, but Elizabeth also has her flaws and I love to see how the two evolve during the plot. When the clock strikes noon, I get up and decide to go back to my room and wait for Johannes, as he wants to have lunch with me.

"But yet you're giving all sorts of praises to Pride and Prejudice?" "Mr. Darcy was smitten by Elizabeth the very first time he led eyes on her. But then his ego and pride made him a complete jerk to her. While Elizabeth on the other hand was driven by prejudice and never once sort to see what he did and why he did it. She always jumped to conclusions without hearing from his side," he shrugged. "Now that, my darling girlfriend, is what makes a book a good read." A strange feeling swelled up inside of me at the way he called me his girlfriend. He only ever said it once and I didn't mind him saying it over and over again.

I need to know what is going on. Once we are in the house, Margaret sits in the living room and starts to read the newspaper. I haven’t seen someone read the actual newspaper for years. I guess they are not crazy about cellphones around here. I take the Pride and Prejudice book from the bookshelf on, careful not to let the note from Vincent fall. I take a seat next to Margaret and open the book on the front page. “Oh, look!” I exclaim faking an innocent tone of voice. “What a coincidence, this book was Tatiana’s!”

Next to it, placed purposefully at the center, was a single book. Its cover gleamed softly under the chandelier’s light. Deep emerald leather, trimmed in gold. The title: Pride and Prejudice. Emilia froze. She turned slowly back to Max, blinking. “Is this…?” He nodded. “A first edition. Signed by Jane Austen herself.” Her mouth parted, but no words came. “I ruined your original copy in high school,” Max continued. “Dropped it in the fountain during that stupid dare. You were furious.”

“Here you go. Pride and Prejudice. First edition. Just as you described.” Jasmine reached for it, but he pulled it back, his fingers brushing hers. “You know, I’ve been wondering something,” he said, his voice dropping to a low murmur. “Why does a girl like you care so much about a book? You don’t seem like the type to get worked up over something so trivial.” She glared at him, her cheeks flushing. “It’s not trivial. It’s important to me. Now, can I have it?” He took a step closer, his presence overwhelming.

I said and then got the book in the phone and started to read the book. As I read the book, I found it more and more interesting. I was just simply reading her a book but the content that was in there was way more interesting than it could be. I loved every parts of it. The way Elizabeth behaved, her proud and wise nature, her smartness, her innocence and her way of loving Mr. Darcy. But she was prejudiced most of the times about Mr. Darcy.

He uttered offering his hand that she gladly accepted. I know right? You were even my ultimate crush dammit. Theodore Augustus Williams, your name suits for a prince! How can I even forget? The moment she held his warm and soft hand, she suddenly felt her downy hair raised as an electric-like feeling crept into her when she just only holds his hand? How can that be possible? She was not sure but she thinks he felt that too because she saw him got stunned and look at her with furrowed brows.

Her eyes were like that of a predator, her gentle strides held confidence and grace. "I. Don't. need. to be a princess to be a queen, I don't follow customs, and I never will, Just so you know, am wealthier than the duke himself, so don't categorize me as your equal, am an heiress, so I qualify to sit beside him, you can't do anything about it Mrs. Estelle Lockwood." After finishing her long speech she smirked. Sometimes you need to scratch with your claws to pass your point. "Such disrespect!, this can't be condoned in here!!" Estelle was gritting her teeth, her face turned green.

“I don’t know. You keep everything in such good condition. I’m almost afraid to touch anything in this room.” “I know you’ll be careful with my things.” She nodded and pulled the book off the shelf. “I didn’t know you liked Jane Austen.” “Why not?” She shrugged. “She’s a woman author.” “I’m broad minded enough to think women have a lot to offer society. I enjoy her work.” “This is one of my favorite books. Sense and Sensibility. The story of two sisters who represent two opposing forces: logic and emotion.” He leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms. He seemed to be considering her analysis of the book. “I didn’t think anyone else in Virginia understood that.”
