Pride And Prejudice Book Novels & Stories

His mom is hellbound of breaking us apart and here I am pregnant with his son baby. Deciding to roam around for a bit I enter the local library, it's close to 4 pm. By now almost everyone is rushing to get back home except for the nighttime workers. Entering the library, I breathe in the smell of old books and covers. Walking towards the romance genre I search for pride and prejudice. Liam likes to read books and loves to collect different books ranging from romance to supernatural. I came across pride and prejudice from cleaning his desk. Reading the first chapter I was intrigued by Elizabeth mother. Her character is a funny one yet annoying if it was a real person. Flipping to the second c

Politics, Power, Business, History and many more. Boring. Boring man. I continued tracing the spines with my fingers, liking the texture beneath my fingertips. At some point, I completely forgot about the journal. I pulled out one of the books. It had a rare cover I had never seen before. “Pride and Prejudice.” What? I checked the cover again. Maybe I had read it wrong. Or maybe it was another Pride and Prejudice. But no. It was the same book, only with a different cover. This one had a black hard cover with the title engraved into it alongside the author’s name.

Sarah said looking ugly at Patrick, but he just ignored her question and sitting in her bed he placed a book on her tummy. Back then he brought her a lot of books and chocolate and presents and when she found the truth everything was burned. “I know that you love to read, so I brought you a book. Is one of my favorite” he whispered and showed her the cover. “Pride and Prejudice?” and Sarah started to laugh.

Her heart thudded in her chest as she untied the ribbon and lifted the lid. Inside was a book. A rare first edition of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, its leather-bound cover delicate yet immaculate. She gasped, her fingers brushing over the gilt lettering. Nestled beside it was a small, cream-colored card. She picked it up, her breath catching as she read the elegant script: “For a literature enthusiast. —N.B.”

I had already gotten started on the classical books and my goal was to slowly go through all the books in this library, not including the finance and self-help books of course. I was currently reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and I was falling in love with Elizabeth Bennett all over again. Although a fictional character, she was exactly the kind of woman I wished to be like. I especially liked the fact that she didn’t take shit from Mr. Darcy and wasn’t afraid to call him out on his bullshit. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for me. I had promised, Lucaa that I was going to think about telling Mateo about my feelings but the truth was, I wasn’t like her. I wasn’t brave and

Davis. "Hello, Miss Adams." I couldn't hide my surprise, and he chuckled at my reaction. "Hello." "Are you done with your lectures?" "Yes." "I see." He glanced at the book in my hands. "What are you reading?" "Pride and Prejudice." "A classic. Good choice." "It's my favorite book... I've lost count of how many times I've read it." "It's truly remarkable." He was looking at me, smiling. I felt slightly uncomfortable and lowered my gaze to the book.

I paused to take a deep breath before entering the room, I truly hoped no one would be there because I didn't want to have to answer any questions. I pushed the doors open and entered. It was quiet and a bit dark, save for the small shadow of sunlight that peeped though the small window. It was extremely cold in here and I loved it. I sniffed the last bits of my tears away and proceeded to look for a book to read from the shelves. I hadn't gotten far when I saw the pride and prejudice book. I smiled, picking it up from where it rested on the shelf. I had read this book more than 5 times but I would never get tired of reading it all over again. I opened the fir

My stomach was sloshing and my vision was blurry. I blinked twice, adjusting my eyes to the dark; the only light was from a low-hanging bulb,

Lenora I was so restless, but couldn't shut my eyes. TV didn't help, so I reached out for one of the novels I had seen in the library, "Pride and Prejudice." I tried to immerse myself in the lives of Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy, but when I adjusted the angle of my desk lamp, the pages blurred, and with each turn, my interest waned. My mind wandered to CJ and Kia in the bedroom. It was ironic because she had more right to him than I did. She was his wife, and I was just the other woman.

I swear that this guy moves like a ghost. I sat down on the couch, I realised that there was a book on the table. I took it and it was one of my favourite author, it was Jane Austen and it was a first edition. I can only wonder how much it must have caused. Pride and Prejudice will always be my all time favourite literature. All in all I can say that being married doesn't seem to bad from where I was standing.
