“Chill bro. It’s just… not what I was expecting ” He shrugged, flipping another page. “I keep telling you not to judge me with your assumptions.” “I'm sorry if my assumptions don't fit your personality,” I said, taking the seat across from him. “Why this book?” I asked, stealing the opportunity to know what the real Kael is like. “I like books that… make me think. And this one does.” “Think about what?” I asked, hoping my curiosity wasn't obvious. “Is this some sort of interview?” he asked, placing the book on the table without closing it.

Carry My Child, Miss Laurier

Carry My Child, Miss Laurier

“What about Gustave Flaubert, anyone?” When I heard that Damian asked a question one more time, I automatically hide the book that I have been reading before looking in front. Damian is looking around while waiting for anyone to speak so I wet my lower lip to settle in my seat, checking the names on the board.

My Bullies Are Twin Hockey Players

My Bullies Are Twin Hockey Players

She has a talent for creating suspense, and I find myself genuinely wanting to read the rest of the book to find out how the mystery gets solved. After the reading portion, the author opens the floor for questions from the audience. Several people raise their hands to ask about her writing process, her inspiration for the story, and her previous books. Sarah surprises me by raising her hand and asking a thoughtful question about the character development and how the author decided to reveal information about the characters gradually throughout the story. The author seems impressed by Sarah’s question and gives a detailed answer about her approach to creating complex characters. Sarah nods th

Perer Ford: Diary of a Stranger

Perer Ford: Diary of a Stranger

"Yes! I do have a name for my book. I choose to call it the diary of a stranger. It is not something you might relate well with and I understand. No one has ever asked me the name of the book so I appreciate what you just did now. If I had the chance to go back in time and change my life, I will do it. But I don't have the chance to do that. All I do now is count each day of my life until it gets to a point where I can't live anymore." "I have read some parts of your entries and I haven't seen a part where you mentioned your suicidal nature. I saw a part where you said you were depressed but not suicidal. Why do you choose to lie?" "I did not choose to lie, ma. I wrote with respect to the fa

Thoroughly enjoying this, well written and the storyline has me hooked with it's originality and surprising twists. Highly recommend this, I can't wait to see what happens. I appreciate that it's updated regularly too (I know that can be hard), I can be a harsh critic but this is really well done

Wowww! It's pretty cool. Revenge, misunderstanding, regrets, there are different situations and feelings which all together create a seductive atmosphere, I can't stop reading. I have to say, until now my favorite is Maria, she is so lovable. I really recommend this story.

The Alpha Kings Mistake

The Alpha Kings Mistake

He tells me with a smile which only makes me look down at the paper, I nod opening up the first page to the fresh notebook whilst taking the cap off the pen. I did have to pause for a second to think of what I should ask, yes I had many questions that I wanted to ask but now I was put on the spot, I was kind of hitting a brick wall on what I should ask. I decide to just start with the basic questions, I look away from him for a second and begin to write my question. Once I was done, I turn the book around so he could read. “What’s your name?” I ask in my neatest hand writing, I actually haven’t wrote with a pen and paper in so long.

“So, without further ado, I’ll start the reading and then go to signing your books. I’m afraid I won’t be taking questions. However, we have several ways you can get your questions to me, and I will select the best questions and post them in my next newsletter and on my website. I hope you will enjoy the section I’ve chosen to read tonight.”

Bienville Stamping Stephanie Stringfellow
I started this thinking here we go same as so many on the app. But seeing Michael realize things weren’t how he believed and taking a good look at himself was refreshing. Juliette and her struggles were handled in a way that she wasn’t shown as incompetent but handling her issues. Good read
Harper Blake
The book's complex language and spelling errors made it unclear at times. Dialogues were overly long, often feeling like therapy sessions, which could be boring. However, the sincere discussion of ADHD and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome showed the author's personal touch. Overall, I'm glad I read it.

Losing Ryker: The Billionaire's Second Chance

Losing Ryker: The Billionaire's Second Chance

So for this place I will engage in a Q and A session for you all. Please feel free to ask me anything you're curious about regarding the book and the story so far. This can include the behind the scenes, characters, the inspiration or any plot points. I will explain to the best of my ability (No spoilers though, hehe) and engage with you to the fullest extent. So if there are any questions, let me know. I will keep this updated and am eager to hear your thoughts. The only question I will not answer will be regarding updates so if anyone asks “When will you update?” I will likely not answer. That aside, ask away!

It's the way Ryker is trying to convince himself that he isn't jealous...he made the mistake of losing a rare gem. If not for the child between Ryker and Zerah, I definitely would pick Nathan for Zerah a million times.
Bubblegum
I don’t even want to think that Zerah would go back to Ryker honestly… he did her dirty and she deserves a man like Nathan who has been everything Ryker wasn’t. She can actually co-parent and that is cool Good job author

Seven Devils

Seven Devils

“You’re positive this time? You think he’ll like the genre?” Clay’s feet came to a dead halt. “Clay?” Why hadn’t he thought about the genre? Such a simple, overly important, subject—how was he supposed to pick a book without knowing the genre? Black wispy lashes fell down to brush against his cheekbones, and he heard Drew suddenly cuss under his breath. “You didn’t ask the Chairman what kind of books he reads, did you?” “No.” “So… what have you been basing any of these searches on?”
