"Is there something wrong with my pricing, Rachel?" He asked, his head tilting to the side as I had seen Aidan do many times. Only--when this person did it, the angle seemed unnatural. I had never been unable to read the emotion in Aidan's eyes, but this--it was like looking into a pit. I could see nothing, but whatever lurked within the pit, it could see me clear as day.
