He could barely balance his body but his eyes were burning with anger as he glared at Kaze. Rage quickly consumed him. Kaze rubbed his face to ease the numbness from pretending to be poisoned. “The poison you Ryokanians used is nothing compared to the Tyban’s Scorpion Clan, so why would I be poisoned in the first place?”

Both of them jumped back out of the way, throwing ninja stars at him as they did, forcing him to block them with the flat of his sword and keep them back. "Cowards!" He roared, snarling at them as more of them surrounded him and his men. The assassins wore green ninja robes with a balaclava covering their whole face and only their eyes showing through a small split wielding two daggers one in each hand. "Take this!" Whitemain yelled as he charged ahead, using his incredible power and speed to close the gap in an instant before delivering a powerful slash down at the head of the first assassin. I should have trusted my first instincts. “So why the whole fucking charade?” I ask. “What’s going on here?” “Well, it all has to do with that serial killer from September.
