Rain falls, not in delicate drops, but in a sudden downpour, drenching the flowers and the ground beneath my feet. I watch in stunned silence as the rain cascades down, soaking everything in its path.

Slowly, the small droplets of rain begun pouring down from the sky and as the second passed by it turns heavy creating a clattering sound as it hits on the roof of the car. The beautiful night sky turn gloomy and the glass window beside me slowly covers with moist and fogs.

Sherly glanced up at the darkening clouds with a frown, realizing that they were in for a thorough soaking if they didn't seek shelter soon. "It looks like we're in for a bit of a downpour," she remarked, her voice barely audible over the sound of the rain. This kind of weather is what she hates the most. Rain. She despised rain more than anything else in her life. Whenever there's rain, there's pain. George nodded in agreement, unable to see Sherly's expression that she had made for a second. His expression resigned but was not discouraged. "Yeah, it's really coming down," he replied, a hint of amusement in his tone.
