“Yes, well we are here now, is there anything you would like assistance with regarding these urgent matters.” We all whipped our heads in the direction of Lady Ramona hearing her in a fit of giggles. “Well Alphas we were actually hoping you would be bringing us good new? hopefully a Luna ceremony is coming soon, correct.” She stood up from her desk stumbling a little watching us with wonder in her eyes. Lady Ramona came around the desk walking towards us. She walked around my brother looking intently at his neck for a mating mark. We watched her in dismay as she began circling me next looking disappointed.

Chapter Four “This is Elaine, Alpha Jacob’s daughter.” He said with a warm smile. I stayed silent but deep down my heart was erupting the flames of sadness. “I am Freya, Alexander’s wife.” She said with a warm smile stretching out her hand for a handshake. I didn’t need the goddess help to know that she was sounding the alarm that he belongs to her. I forced a smile but I had no time to accept the handshake, her hands were suspended in the air. This may seem so rude, but at this point I didn’t care.

Livia is engrossed in her tasks when Ramona walks in, her face filled with unease. Livia didn’t glance in her direction, yet she sensed her unease. She may not have her eyes on her, but she can sense Ramona. She diligently signed documents and carefully reviewed financial reports and projects that required attention. “What’s the matter, Ramona?” She asked without glancing at Ramona, simply carrying on with her task. Ramona took her time before responding. She let out a deep sigh and decided to take a break from her work. Livia set her pen aside and glanced at Ramona.

After several hours of running, just before dawn, Saya collapses among some rocks near a mountainous area, creating an invisible protective bubble around her. Carrie, who had been wandering those parts searching for herbs, spots Saya just as she transforms back into Selene and falls unconscious a few meters away.
