Scales of the wolf

Scales of the wolf

Milly explained. “They are bigger than you are,” Wyatt said. “Of course they are. They are both Alpha wolves. I’m an Epsilon. As they are the pack’s leaders and protectors, they are bigger and stronger than me. If we are to live with a pack, there will be times when you will have to socialise with others in wolf form, and they will all be different sizes,” she told him. “And before you ask, you will never pet a wolf that isn’t me.”

Alpha's Breeder/ An Omega's Lament

Alpha's Breeder/ An Omega's Lament

"Oh my god... It's huge!" "I know right?! Look at its fangs!" I squinted my eyes at the large brown rogue, observing its blood stained fangs. Finally, I caught a glimpse of its dark incisors. Judging by its dark blue fangs, it was at least a B-rank. A wolf's rank can be determined by the color of its incisors. The scale ranges from white–the weakest, to indigo–the strongest. All pups start at white. Omegas like me can only reach pink at best, while betas can get to blue, which is rare. Alphas can achieve the highest indigo fangs. My teeth are still white, the same as the pups.

Queen of the wolves

Queen of the wolves

His skin grew several layers, dislodging the Alpha's initial bite, and, tumbling away, he got to his feet, turning to meet his attacker head-on. The Wolf Haven's Alpha was a giant grey creature, covered in scars, denoting his rank as he'd obviously fought off a lot of challenges throughout his reign. He didn't attack straight away, circling instead, as Kellen leaped off the porch, gaining more room to move by being on the ground. All around them, yellow eyes emerged from the darkness, silently bearing witness to the battle threatening to erupt. When two Alpha's fought, the rules were clear; no one must interfere, and it was a fight to the death. The Wolf Haven pack had to obey these rules.

Reborn As The Enemy’s Luna

Reborn As The Enemy’s Luna

“What rank is that?” “They don’t have a rank. They are simply wolves who are catalysts.” She paused before continuing. “They are extremely rare. Only one appears in roughly three hundred generations. Catalysts reshape pack hierarchies. It may sound unbelievable, but it’s true. Not only that, they often trigger massive territorial wars that leave the werewolf world in chaos for a very long time.” “So you mean, I’m like a virus to the werewolf packs?” I asked, feeling my heartbeat racing.

Claimed by the wolves.

Claimed by the wolves.

Then, from between two ancient trees, the shadow detached itself fully and became flesh. He stepped into view. The wolf was massive, his build lean and powerful rather than bulky, muscles moving beneath his dark coat with controlled precision. His fur carried the faint undertone of Blackridge charcoal, not identical to ours, but close enough to make my chest tighten. His eyes locked onto mine immediately, sharp and assessing, not hostile, not submissive. Measured. Every inch of him radiated training. “Alpha-level,” Bryan breathed. “No doubt.” The wolf did not snarl.

Chosen wolf

Chosen wolf

I asked. “You’re not just rare, Danni. You’re the kind of power that resets the board. Wolves will follow you. Enemies will hunt you. And the laws that protect everyone else? They don’t fully apply to you. You’re not part of the system… You’re what breaks it, if you choose too.” Joel explained. “White wolves are the first. They are the pure, they are not restricted to the things we are. Regardless of rank.” Luka added. “Rank?” I asked

Warrior's human mate

Warrior's human mate

I sat on the windowsill, resting my head against the glass, staring at the tree line when James walked in. "Hey, Laila!" he greeted cheerfully. I didn’t turn my head. "I saw a big gray wolf. Was it a werewolf?" "Yeah. A pack member. No animal wolves live here," he replied, walking closer. "Aha. So your wolves come in different colors?" "Yep. Sometimes size and color show a wolf’s rank," he said, leaning down to kiss the top of my head. His arms caged me in on the windowsill. "For example?"

Bound to The Devilish Alpha

Bound to The Devilish Alpha

Wolves have a slower aging rate that allows them to live up to four hundred years. The human doesn't know about the Isles of Kairos but we know about them. It is very rare for wolves to seek the human world because they consider humans to be inferior to them. It shows how Wolves who can't shift are treated. A wolfless person is treated like a second-class citizen, they are mostly the bitches of the pack, the butt joke, and a dumb ground for everyone. They are even treated worse than an omega which is the lowest rank, though most of them are mostly omegas.

There's just a whole lot of mismatch and the story keeps losing the reader even from the first few chapters. If you can endure figuring things out from your brain, then you can go ahead and read - but if you are used to more skilled writers, then give this a pass.

I love this book so much...it's so good even though there were issues here and there and the storyline can be a bit confusing at the beginning. I did enjoy it and had a good time reading it. Love Dimitri and Lynexia dearly.

The Betrayed Luna's Revenge

The Betrayed Luna's Revenge

Elora snapped, but he ignored. “Well, I have come to reveal something you'd never believe. I am sure you all understand the ranking of the wolves. The late Alpha and his wife are both Alpha wolves, but it is quite unfortunate that your supposed Luna standing before you now is an Omega…” The people gasped. Elora's eyes widened. “Again with this omega talk? What's your problem?” She yelled, but he ignored her. “Will you fold your hands and allow an omega rule you? You all are better than her in all ramifications. Your ranks are higher than her, so why the heck do you want to take orders from a low ranked wolf?” He snapped, and the people started murmuring.
