One time at work I'd even heard a co-worker called me the-Squidward-from-spongebob. Exactly why I hated them. That morning I'd just gotten up and, traditionally, said my good mornings to Sam triple zero eight, then the story stroke up. We were having a conversation of a book I'd just finished reading, 'No, Mr Harry Botter, do not turn me into a witch.' Believe me, it was a real book alright. The author was named Harry Botter, so he was the main character of his novel. Stories like that, what do they call them again? Paranormal stories, they were always fun to read. Partly because they were stupid, other part, they were nonsense. Nothing but ridiculous lies.

Hm… might have to have a good long think on that one. Lena closed the book after finishing up the entry and put it back into its place in her desk drawer. She tugged the band out of her shoulder length brown hair, running her fingers through it. The young woman then moved over to her bed where on the nightstand, was a very worn copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. She got comfortable on her bed, picked up the book and started to read. She got through about 10 pages before there was a knock on her door. "Come in!" Lena called. She glanced at the door when it opened and fellow sorority sister, Casey Grant, walked in.

"Mind if I sit down?" "No, not at all." Travis walked around and sit on the bench opposite me. He took up the book that I rested on the table earlier and read the title out loud. "'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'." He looked up at me. "So, you like Harry Potter?" "Who doesn't?" I say with mock horror, crossing my arms in the process. He held up his palm in defence. "You're not getting any argument from me here." "Good," I said in the same playful, defensive tone.

H U N T E R J O N E S I was reading the second Harry Potter book while leaning against the wall in the alley with Ty on my side. I knew Mey had asked me to read the Goblet of Fire to figure out the three unforgivable curses, but after picking the book randomly, I felt that I owed it to the author to read it from the first book. So I had picked up Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone from the library yesterday, finished the book in seven hours, and had it returned this morning. When I had returned the first one, I immediately borrowed the second one: Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets which was the book I was reading right now.

Mr Collins instructs after he's finished his angry typing. “Reading what?” I ask. “That,” he points to a book that's on the couch where Theo had been sitting moments before. “What the…” I start to ask, then shake my head, “Right away, Professor Dumbledor,” I snark, picking up the book as he leaves the office. The book looks like a modern school textbook, but the title, ‘The Spark’ has me turning to the first page eagerly to finally get some freaking answers!

Saxon glances at her and rubs her back, which strikes me as sweet. “We all lead such busy lives, and it can be hard to squeeze in time for reading,” I say, wanting to put her at ease. “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stonehad just come out when I was born, and Mum read it aloud to me while she was breastfeeding. She said it was the only time she had in the day where she was forced to sit still, so she made the most of it.”“That’s a lovely idea,” Catie says. “I’d thought about getting a rocking chair for the nursery. I could sit there while I’m feeding and read.”

So she immediately rubbed her index finger on the row of books while continuing to walk to read each of the titles listed in each book. "I suppose you are more interested in the books than their owner." Harper chuckled. She cheerfully nodded at Alex who was currently watching her from his desk. "You never told me you were a book lover. You have so many books." "There's never a good time to tell you," Alex shrugged. Meanwhile, Harper continued walking around the bookshelves until her steps stopped at the bookshelf with the initials "R" on it. "You read this fiction too?" “It's a phenomenal book. Not bad for adding to my collection list."

The sun was out, and the weather was beautiful. A contrast to the storm brewing inside the house. I signed and leaned against Mum’s grave as I continued reading Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince since it had been one of her favourite books when she was alive. I hadn’t been a big fan of books and only read because of Mom. I read about seven chapters before I got tired, so I closed the book and lay down on the well-trimmed grass beside her grave. Weird, I know but it always calmed me down to be this close to her.

Taking the book, I went to bed and hopped up. Leaning back, I started reading. The book captivated me wholly and I didnt know how many hours passed until a soft knock came on the door.
