Rebecca

Rebecca

Zita said quickly, feeling edgy. "Visitors?" Rebecca asked doubtfully. Zita replied in a nod. Rebecca looked away from the door and glanced at the cot. Catherine was still asleep. "You..." She said as she faced Zita, "...look after the Lady while I go and meet the visitors." "Okay, Your grace. But whatever that happens, please don't leave." Zita said coaxingly. Rebecca became perplexed. She wanted to ask more questions but refrained from doing so. She left the room and climbed down the stairs. Halfway down, she saw everyone, asides the stewards and the maid, in the living room.

Too Late, Alpha: The Mate He Never Wanted

Too Late, Alpha: The Mate He Never Wanted

I would be fine. I made it to the library without any delay, then began grabbing books that looked interesting. “Finding everything okay?” the librarian, Beatrice, asked as I was picking. Beatrice was a small, soft-spoken omega who always had a small smile on her face. I forced a smile. “Yeah, I just needed to get new books. I’ve finished the ones I got before.” She tapped a finger on her chin thoughtfully. “Try those ones over there. They are quite interesting.” She advised.

I loved this book! It was emotionally rich, unpredictable, surprising, soothing and everything you’d want in a book. The adventure and journey was incredible and the wording made it come alive without it needing its own movie. Thank you again, C Emmzy! It was a pleasure to read!

"Ms. Paulina, I’m Jasmine Hanzo, and I have stumbled upon secrets, mysteries that have brought me here. I long to unravel their meaning, to understand the hidden tensions and unseen struggles that have been revealed to me. Can you guide me on this journey?" Her smile deepened, a twinkle of recognition in her gaze. "Ah, dear Jasmine, thou hast ventured upon the threshold of a realm surpassing the mundane. I discern the flickering flame of curiosity ablaze within thee. Fret not, for I shall be thy compass. Together, we shall unearth the truths concealed within the pages of this wondrous library." Encouraged by Ms. Paulina's reassuring words, I felt a newfound confidence surging within me. This

We both jumped, startled, to see a stern-looking librarian peering at us over a towering stack of books. “Ahem,” she cleared her throat pointedly. “No… public displays of affection are permitted in the Royal Library.” My cheeks flushed scarlet as Adrian threw me a sheepish grin. “Sorry, ma’am,” he mumbled. The librarian, however, didn’t seem entirely displeased. A hint of a smile played on her lips. “Just… keep it professional in here, alright?” she said, her voice softening slightly. With a final warning glance, she retreated back into the labyrinthine stacks of books. We both burst into laughter, the tension melting away completely.

My Vampire Professor

My Vampire Professor

“It seems you hold back a lot. Like you are afraid of upsetting your audience. Leave that mindset behind and don’t worry about what others think. The right ones will fall in line and love what you have to say—” “I’m sorry, Professor,” the librarian said as she approached us. She was kind with warm brown eyes and long brown hair that she had tied in a low ponytail. “But I’m afraid I’m just about to close for the evening. But you can return tomorrow.” “We were just finishing up,” Joseph said to her, returning her smile. “We won’t be much longer.” She nodded and went back to her desk to finish her end-of-the-day paperwork. I started to close my notebook and shuffled my papers into the folder be

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

A few unoccupied couches that appeared to be as old as the structure sat peacefully in front of the bookcases. "May I help you with something?" inquired an enormous ginger red-haired librarian, perhaps in her upper forties, standing behind a computer. Behind the wire-rimmed glasses, her face appeared nice and honest. Ben said, "Yes, Ma'am. We only need a minute or two on one of your PCs."

I'm almost done with book 1 and all I can say is you need to read this, what u see in the first few chapters were just snacks, the real thing is when Catherine and Shawn's adventures started to look for his grandfather's treasures. It was like full of twist and your learn alot from this.

I say closing books and putting them on a rack for the librarians to put back on the shelf. Ben is not far behind me as we sneak around the human library trying to stay out of the runt’s site. What could she possibly be doing here anyways? First Ben had the close call in the restricted section at her pack’s library, and now this? Is she researching the same creatures as us? “You know we could always go ask her. Maybe she’s got more information than you or Skeeter over there.” Maddox nodding his head towards Ben.

Great read! Especially for a new author. Interesting story that kept me engaged. Loved the slow introduction of characters that allowed me to get to know each one. However, if you are looking for steamy bedroom scenes, you will find this lacking.

More Than The Marriage (English)

And in front of the library, students sat reviewing while the wind scattered their notes. It was still San Felipe. But to me, it felt bigger now. “Girl, here! Hurry!” Lianne called from under the acacia tree. “You’re two minutes late,” RJ added. His ID was hanging from his neck, with a tumbler in hand. “That’s Professor Ramos. He hates latecomers.” “It’s only two minutes,” I replied with a grin. “Two is still two,” RJ teased, and we all laughed. They were my usual company. Lianne, who was curious and easy to amuse. RJ, who always had a joke. And sometimes Nico, quiet but sharp, and never without snacks.

Fated To The Ruthless Alpha

“They’re quite old. Some pages might be missing.” “I’m very, very inquisitive,” Rhea replied with a grin. “What can I say? I have to satisfy my curious mind.” Anna smiled as well, shaking her head slightly. It was moments like this that reminded her how much Rhea must’ve learned from her time with humans. They followed the librarian through rows of shelves, past more modern books, and into a more secluded aisle tucked in the far corner of the library. The woman climbed a short ladder and began pulling down a few books.
