Red Dagger Princess Novels & Stories

“Any truth to this dagger legend?” Kael saunters in, hips swaying just enough to make Dax’s gaze snap to her—and his ears redden. “Oh, Beta Boy, you’re cute when you’re all serious,” she teases, voice husky and playful. “I’ve heard whispers in the camps. Old wolves’ tales mostly—a silver relic hidden in a shrine beneath the ridges, sacred to the royal line, guarded by ancient magic. Could be real. Could be a death trap.” She meets my eyes, something almost respectful in her amber gaze. “If it’s there, princess, it’ll sing to your blood. But getting in won’t be easy.”

The lava haired girl said, extending her hand to him. Silver took the hand. “I guess, I'm, princess,” Silver replied, waving his hair. The grip in his wrist suddenly tightened. He thought he heard something crack. He wanted to pull his hands back and cry out, but he stifled his desire. Silver didn’t want to show any weakness before this woman. “I'm Andrea Drake. And Princess is not the way to go about it,” she said, blowing her red fingernails. “If you ever princess me again, you'll find yourself without bones. I hate that word.”

He felt proud at being able to help them grow to the kind, responsible and awesome individuals that they are now. Priestess Eva smiled and turned back to take out an exquisite ebony bone dagger from the box. The dagger shone with darkness in the tent, and it caught everyone’s attention. Princess Regina looked at the expectant crowd, and turned to Jared. “I think you are flexible in using small weapons. This ebony bone dagger is made from a claw bone of a black dragon. Its sharpness could cut through the thickest of metals, and the energy left inside is could be used at an emergency.”

⭐ Aria POV ⭐ The dagger was purely made of silver, it reflected the light on it flawlessly and it had a white handle around it with a jade on it. The priestess smiled at the two of us and stood right between us. I looked at the few people around us and they smiled happily except for Kathrine, she pressed her lips together. Although she had warmed up to me a lot in the past days, she still didn’t accept me as her son’s mate. I also invited alpha Leo, who was like a father to me. Another priest walked towards us with a cup in his hand. It was the same as the dagger.

With a brief apologetic look, I turned back to the princess who now stood in front of me. Her dark hair made her bright-green eyes look almost fluorescent and I scolded myself for thinking about such a senseless thing at a moment like this. She took a step forward, terminating the distance between us, and held her hand out to the side. With one abrupt motion, a dagger had conjured up from the naked palm of her hand and I couldn't believe what had just taken place. Wasting no more time on my gawking, she hurled the blade towards me and I barely escaped it by moving to the left.

Waves after waves of reddened force kept them pinned on the crumbling walls. “Wh-What is this?” Dagger could barely shield her face from the onslaught of power that shook the very core of the crumbling arena. The debris started to fall followed by the buzzing sound of the surface being torn by two. At her third attempt to coax her eyes open amid the surge of hostile aura, Dagger’s throat parched at the site of pure malediction in front of her. “Is that… Is that the prince of the Nether World?” Dagger needed not answer for it was already glaring at her.

A flash of red burst into his vision. Sophia leaned against the doorframe, a smirk on her red lips. "The great Marcelli heir certainly takes his time. You made a princess wait for half an hour." The afternoon sun streamed through the blinds, casting a golden halo around her. She was as brilliant as a flame, burning her way into his black-and-white world. In that moment, he appeared unfazed, but his heart had skipped a beat. After that, she found endless ways to cause trouble—a laxative in his whiskey, important contracts folded into paper airplanes, parading around in a scandalous nightgown during a family meeting. He met every challenge, playing the long game.

I nodded continuously. "Anyways I wanted to personally give you this," He said before he brought out a cloth from his track trousers. He handed me the clothes and I opened it up. It was a dagger made from silver. The handle had a dragon carving. "The dragon of el Dorado," I said to myself. I looked up at him. Why would he get me this? It was more than the price of the Mansion. It was a dagger used by the first female assassin of crystal city. "Must have cost a fortune," I managed to say.
