Red Demon Eclipse Novels & Stories

I stood next to Serena on the balcony of the east tower and watched as a faint red light crept across the edge of the moon. "It's too soon," I said, my heart racing so fast that I could feel it in my fingers. "The Blood Eclipse was supposed to happen in a week." Serena's grip on the railing got tighter. "The eclipse is Damien's key." That night, his powers will be ten times stronger. And if it's arriving early, "someone's pulling strings we don't understand." I pulled my eyes away from the sky, and the heaviness of her words sank into my bones. "Ten times stronger?" That would make him impossible to stop.

The obsidian and diamond collar around her throat was now a masterpiece of dark artistry, a crown she wore with regal pride. For the Crimson Eclipse, they had gathered one thousand five hundred men on the remote volcanic island. This was their most ambitious ritual yet — a full lunar month under the blood-red eclipse that occurred once every fifty years. On the first night of the eclipse, Lila stood at the center of the grand obsidian amphitheater, completely naked. The strange crimson light of the eclipsed moon bathed her body in an otherworldly glow. Her massive breasts glistened with milk, and her pregnant belly — carrying their twenty-third child — looked almost luminous under the blood-

The flames of the fallen lantern get extinguished when it comes in contact with spread milk, and the area around the princess turns dark. But it wasn’t the pain or blood that became the reason for her distress. It was the wallow of her father’s horse, which rang in front of the gateways of the fort, in the dark of a rainy night. Have they arrived before time, or was it too late?

Her silver-glowing eyes blazed with an inner fire, illuminating the dark ritual site with an ethereal light. The Eclipse Demon had awakened within her

There was no one but darkness outside. "Who's that?" "Corrine?" "Elise?" Eiden guessed. He thought that it was his sisters being ignorant. Eiden approached the door and looked outside. There was no one and it looked deserted. Maybe everyone was fast asleep and didn't realize the power was off. Eiden closed the door and as he turned around, that was exactly when he saw the demonic figure. His eyes were fiery red with his entire body covered in blood. His teeth were sharp and emitted a lot of foul odor with two black horns on his head. He grinned at Eiden.

But this night was different; it was red, a halo of crimson pulsing around it like a heartbeat. I walked quietly, gazing around at the highest tower of the Crimson stronghold, as my breath fogged in the middle of the night air, the wind was too cold enough to sting, and the quietness around me was too heavy, I was imagining what the hell was going on in the world. The Red Eclipse had begun. Not fully—not yet. The blood halo shimmered at the edge of the moon’s face, but I knew this was only the first sign.
