Reflection Of Crescent Episode 1 Novels & Stories

But, the full moon suddenly turned red. ******************** Not far from Wulfe was Khron, the land of the werelions. While Wulfe celebrated the arrival of an heir, Khron also celebrated the arrival of their heir. Leander, Alpha of the werelions could not take his eye off his newborn baby girl. He was mesmerized by her beauty. Who would not get lost in those big green eyes? He stroked her beautiful hair which was as dark as night and as shiny as crystal stones. Alecto, the seer began to get closer so he could see the child. Alecto was respected by all for he was a great seer. He was the only person in Khron that could look the Alpha eye to eye.

Its edges had nearly crumbled away. She carefully unfolded it. Inside rested a silver pendant. It wasn't polished. Time had darkened its surface. Its shape caught my attention immediately. A crescent moon. Crossed by a single feather. The moment I saw it, a sharp pain exploded behind my eyes. I staggered. Fragments flashed through my mind. A woman laughing. Warm hands lifting me into the air. Moonlight shining through white trees. Someone singing. Then— Blood. Fire. Screaming. The images vanished as quickly as they had come.

"Hello, Rhett. Finally, you're here." Crescent crosses one leg over the other while in mid-air. She doesn't fall as she assembles herself into the same posture as the other woman. "Who are you? How do you know my name?" I ask and she smiles. "I'm Luna. Let's just say without me, you and Crescent wouldn't be in existence." The woman speaks with confidence and maintains eye contact. Zero fear. Zero judgement. Hundred percent composure.

His hand reached out instinctively, as though his body remembered what his mind refused to believe. The reflection screamed—not in pain, but in defiance—and the valley lit up in silver light once more. The force threw them all backward. Kaelen hit the ground hard, sliding through mud and glass. When he looked up, the reflection was gone. Only a shimmer remained in the rain, fading slowly into nothing. Mireya coughed, pushing herself up. “What in the gods’ name was that?” Kaelen rose slowly, wiping blood from his lip. “A message.”

"Moonstone will not ignore suffering." Hope stirred inside me. Then she crushed it. "But neither will Moonstone reward past hostility." The room held its breath. Her silver eyes found mine. Cold. Steady. Unyielding. "If Crescent wants Moonstone's help..." The silence became unbearable. "Then Crescent must first prove it deserves it." The words echoed through the chamber. A challenge. A judgment. A test. Before anyone could respond The massive doors exploded open. A guard stumbled inside. Pale. Terrified.

But the most incredible part was the crowd. Thousands of wolves were camped in the valley. There were lean Omegas with scars on their backs, elderly wolves who had been cast out to die, and young runaways who had never known a pack. They had all gathered under the banner of the Crescent Moon. When Elias appeared at the top of the hill, his silver hair shining like a fallen star, a dead silence fell over the valley. Then, a single howl started. It was low and mourning, but it quickly grew into a roar of triumph that shook the very mountains.

The crescent moon smiles down below. Ignorant of the world below. The stars glow, and the moon shines. A tear falls from your eye. The moon smiles a slim, thin grin. Now our story truly begins. Chapter Three: Secrets Revealed “Angelica, you need to calm down,” Astra called from her broom as she descended from the sky and jumped to the ground. Her broom collapsed into a pocket-sized hand broom. Angelica growled at Astra as she moved to a lunge to attack. Astra grabbed the broken necklace from the ground, and it turned into a magic lasso. She dodged Angelica’s attack as the lasso wrapped around angelicas neck, forming a new chain.

Suddenly, the beautiful sunset that was way up in the sky vanished, making way for a thick dark sky with a crescent moon which seemed to have Hakim's face in it, and his green eyes too. I looked around again and couldn't find neither Cole nor Basil. Did they disappear into thin air? The crescent moon laughed out like a typical wicked green witch. Not like the Elphaba style, but like the sisters of Redwood type; eerie and strange. “ You did this, you caused all of this”, the crescent moon said, and I swear to God, that was Hakim's voice, and his face.

Kieth looked as good as a corpse right now! As he separated Kieth and Amelia, under the moonless night, a bright white light broke out of Kieth’s chest. A crack appeared on his chest, in the shape of a crescent. Then, under the alarmed eyes of Steven, the bright crescent on Kieth’s chest got devoured by darkness and disappeared, as if it was never there in the first place. As soon as the bright crescent disappeared, strength left Kieth’s body and he fell to the ground. The sudden force pulled the weakened Amelia along and she fainted on him, but their hands remained connected.

As if I had truly watched the light leave someone I loved. It had felt real. Too real. Like my death. I stumbled out of bed, my hands shaking uncontrollably. I needed light. I needed air. I needed to see. Then I froze. In the mirror, my reflection stared back at me, pale and wide eyed. Just above my heart, a mark glowed. A silver crescent moon surrounded by intricate knotwork, pulsing with faint light. As I watched, it flared brighter before settling into a gentle glow.
