HER DAUGHTER'S REJECTED MATE

HER DAUGHTER'S REJECTED MATE

"It's resonance. Her soul is becoming... harmonic with something vast. A fire spirit, maybe. Or an ancient memory taking shape through her." "So what do we do?" Xavier demanded. Kaelenna looked up. "We listen." "To a child?" "To a voice that survived being silenced by every generation before us. She's not just a girl. She's what remains after forgetting." Ceres stepped forward. "She said the world will burn because she remembers. Maybe what she remembers is what we tried to bury." Xavier stared out the window. Distant embers shimmered along the horizon—cities aflame, borders cracking.

MY CRUSH IS AN ALPHA MALE

MY CRUSH IS AN ALPHA MALE

A part of the journal read; "He got back from seeing an old friend and was very angry and upset. I tried to calm him down but he wouldn't let me. There were flames in his eyes and hands. I couldn't understand such sorcery. He said something in Latin... Ignis and the couch behind me caught fire. I begged him to calm down before he did anything he would regret. I cried out and his flames quenched" Dahlia immediately remembered the fire she caused when she was four and bit by bit, she regained memory of what had happened before the fire.

Her Revenge; Mated To The Faceless Alpha

Her Revenge; Mated To The Faceless Alpha

Denera “I remember. I remember everything,” I cried out, the weight of my memories crashing over me like waves, each one pulling me under. Rockan’s expression softened, concern etched deeply into his features. “What did you remember?” he asked gently, his grip tightening slightly, as if he feared I might slip away again. I took a shaky breath, the air thick with the remnants of my nightmare. “The fire… my dad… my mom… they were trying to protect me.” My voice cracked, each word laced with the rawness of my grief. “I was so scared. I lost them.”

Set Fire and Burn

Set Fire and Burn

Zander was completely focused on me now, his computer and paperwork forgotten. “He was nice at first, but then when I went to come on break, he started getting pushy about joining me. Ash told him I’d catch him on fire, and we’d roast marshmallows while he burned.” Zander smiled. “Ash and his sense of humor never fail. I bet the Vampire avoids you from now on. Fire is one of the few ways to kill them.” “So, are Gargoyles the only ones immune to fire?” I asked.

FATED BY FIRE

FATED BY FIRE

I still remember the only real moment we ever shared. He was seven. I was six. He got lost in the woods behind the pack house. I found him huddled under a fallen log, shivering. He didn’t know my name. I didn’t say much. I just took his hand and led him home. He squeezed my fingers the whole way back, like I was the only thing keeping him from vanishing. Sometimes I wonder if He remembers that moment. I do. Every detail. By night's fall, the weight of what’s coming settles heavy in my chest.

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

“Ring of Ash. Flame That Would Not Bow.” She didn’t flinch. She screamed— not in pain. In fire. It cracked the earth. Silver and violet flames burst from her like a divine wound. “You want what I left behind?” she said. “Then burn for it.” Her hands ignited. The Hollowfire inside her answered. When it touched her, it howled— not from pain, But from memory. “Don’t make me remember—” “Then stay forgotten.” She willed the fire. It obeyed.

The Burning

The Burning

"I don't believe in miracles anymore, Ben. I believe in stubbornly refusing to die. There's a difference." "Is there?" he asked, his voice softer now. "Sometimes I think your stubborn refusal to give up is the closest thing to a miracle I've seen since The Burning." The mention of The Burning made my chest tighten, as it always did. The memories were still too fresh, too raw. I could still smell the smoke, hear the screms, see the sky turning that terrible shade of orange as the world caught fire. I pushed the thoughts away, focusing instead on putting one foot in front of the other.

SPARKING THE FIRE

SPARKING THE FIRE

“Gosh, I totally forgot that part, Uncle. Fania and I used to visit this house every school vacation.” Justin grinned and said, “I've asked you many times, do you remember? But it turns out that Celine's memory is just that.” Justin's words just now made Celine scowl. “A lot is starting to fade from memory even though memories are beautiful. Especially after I've lived a life that's not fine, Justin.” “Fine.” Justin laughed. “And now I'll make sure to give you a foundation so that your life is no longer the same as before. And that your revenge is purposeful, not just creating a scandal that hurts your own reputation.”

To Remember Her

To Remember Her

My fingers caressed the colored notes in my hands and the familiar feeling of longing overwhelmed me. FLASHBACK NARRATIVE ~16 years ago~ *Aidan's Elementary School* A little boy ran into the class of about fifteen kids. "Y'all!" He called the attention of his mates. "I heard 'boo hoo' couldn't get his fees paid. Boo-hoo!" He went to stand in front of a petite boy of around the same age as himself, blocking the little boy's view and taking his books from him.

Faking the Mate Bond

Faking the Mate Bond

He tensed his brows thoughtfully as he sat on the chair across the circular table I was sitting around. “Where exactly was that?” “Right in this tower. In the magic crystal chamber,” I said. “Hmm. Yeah, I get it now. So you still don’t remember the whole thing?” I studied his body language and nodded. It was already difficult to read him before and now it seemed impossible to tell what he was thinking with his poker face and impassive voice. “I don’t remember the details either. It is a lifetime ago memory that too in a state when I wasn’t even in my right mind. But I think the reason you don’t have memories after that is because you started the fire in Gloratia and Goredom—”

I LOVE this book so much! It was a great start, then it had a huge twist that I thought at first I wasn’t going to like, but it was soooo good! I couldn’t put it down and read it in like 3 days up until it’s close to the end as it’s not quite finished. It’s well worth the read!!
