The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

He already knew that the first to third-grade weapons were low-ranking, the fourth to sixth-grade weapons were middle-ranking, and seventh to ninth-grade weapons were high-ranking. James let him choose a low-ranking weapon, so he could only pick one from first to third grade. There were many sharp weapons to choose from, but Caspian already targeted picking a third-grade spear. The spear was named Silver Scales. Just like its name, the spear's surface appeared as if it was coated with silver. At the same time, it seemed as if it was covered in a thin layer of scales. The most baffling thing about the scales was if you looked straight at the blade of the Silver Scales, it would just appear to

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Feral on the Ice

Feral on the Ice

It was the size of a mountain. The Square-Cube Law of the Macro-Verse Rhys pulled up a flickering projection, his voice trembling with the realization of their insignificance. "We are subject to the Square-Cube Law in reverse. When you scale an object down, its surface area decreases by the square, but its volume—and mass—decreases by the cube."

Blooming Backwards

Blooming Backwards

Of course. Minnie dropped her stuff at her desk and opened her drawer, pulling out her jar of cocoa butter. She rubbed it into her hands slowly, ritualistically. Her palms were dry from stress. And if she was going to shake this donor’s hand, it had to be soft. Firm. Confident. She looked around her office. Posters of The Specials, No Doubt, and Debbie Harry in all her glory filled one wall. Her old Doc Martens sat beside her diploma from a state school that took a chance on her. Bright throw pillows. Cluttered bulletin boards. A lava lamp.

The face-swapping spell was broken by the beggar. Once a spell failed, both the caster and the beneficiary would suffer backlash. Camilla's plan was simple. She wanted to swap faces with me and take my place at BSAU. She would take over my bright future. Meanwhile, I would become her, stuck with zero points in the college entrance exam. However, when the spell failed, her fair face suddenly rotted and bled, causing excruciating pain. Zonday immediately rushed over to take care of her. Meanwhile, my facial wounds were visibly healing with each passing moment, the scars fading until they vanished completely.

"This is just regular prenatal medicine. Why are you being so paranoid? You didn't protect the child properly, and now you're blaming the medicine?" I smacked the bottle out of his hand. "The pack healer already told me. This is a drug that suppresses perception. Long-term use leads to miscarriage." Liam shook his head wildly and stepped back. "No, that's not possible. Eva said it was just to suppress your bond sensitivity. "She said there were side effects, but it wouldn't cause a miscarriage. At most, it would make you a bit weak. No, that's not possible. That's not possible."

"Sure, take your time." Marcus walked over to the living room and switched on the television. Angela came back a few minutes later. She had changed into a red tracksuit, with the temperature being eighteen degrees; it seemed ideal. “I once had the same Adidas tracksuit. Not sure what happened to it, but your design is different with the tight last by the ankle with the entire word Adidas written on it, the white zipper, zipped diagonal across, and the sleeves have what seemed like half black net and half material with a fine line of gold.” "You had one like this? I never knew it is unisex."

Shift

Shift

A smile reached my face as I hit 65 - 66 - 67 - 68 closer to the little pen line I had calculated on the odometer as being 71 mph. I matched the line and my elation was soon cut completely as I felt the vehicle slam into the barrier. Time slowed, the magic flexing the flow of time in the area. The ripples were as though I dropped a rock in the pond. I could see them not just in the shimmering blue and pink magic dome but also in the car itself. My eyes locked on as one, two, then three ripples started to move across the magical barrier. The fourth, though, you could see the magic start to crack. As though you tried to bend glass at too much of a curve and the fractures started. The fifth wav

I was debating on giving it 4 stars because there is a lot of spelling errors. There is also a dead point but around chapter 70 it picks up speed fast. It definitely keeps you hooked with all the twists and turns. Great story line. Abrupt ending but I hope a sequel has started

I LOVED Sky’s story! Such an incredible read!!! I wish we heard where her friends/bandmates ended up but still. Praying for a second to see what happens with Heath and how Ethan (and hopefully Justin) deal with all that will be thrown at them!

Regressor Castrator

Regressor Castrator

As for Frank, he desperately grabbed the hands of the specialists, begging to know if there was any hope for him. All the specialists shook their heads with regret. "It’s too late. The only option to save your life is castration." "No way! Everything was fine last time! Did Janet bribe you to do this to me on purpose? How can someone as healthy as me end up a eunuch?!" Unfortunately, no one could save him now.

Casual poses came next on his couch, and when he couldn't relax, Peyton stepped in. Without a word, she unbuttoned the first two notches of his shirt, rolled the sleeves to his elbows, removed his tie, and gave him a highball glass of scotch. She mussed his hair a tad and nudged him to lean back on the couch in a near slump, hand on his drink resting on the arm.

she hisses. Shawn picks up, "Newsflash, the Reversal worked, but sadly it made life a female-dominated hell. We," he gestures between the two of us, "along with other 'rebels' devised a plan to turn the world around. We need to initiate equality, and you can help with step one. We need you to formulate another chemical, and when the time comes to release it--December 31st, 2020, by the way--your gas should be released," he sums up. I'm impressed. Shy Shawn is out the window, and this outspoken and direct Shawn is peeking through... I'm not mad about it.
