Kadeem let Riley go at it with a cop-knock on the door, chuckling as he imagined Bob's startled reaction inside. Finally, Bob opened the door, looking flustered. He was wearing chinos and a golf shirt, his brown hair slicked in place with too much gel. "Kadeem," Bob said. "What are you doing here?" His eyes flickered warily at Riley. I wanted not to be alone anymore, not to feel the gaping hole in my heart that told me I would never fill the space left by the absence of the family I lost. I heard soft feet shuffling in my direction, and the scent of jasmine engulfed my senses. I turned as Riley came into view. Dressed in khaki shorts, a white shirt, and black boots. She looked more like a great explorer than a young woman foraging in the forest. Her blonde locks bounced back and forth as she surveyed our surroundings for danger.

She had her helmet under her arm — the one from the shop, her regular one, not one of the kids' — and she was looking at the bikes in the parking lot checking tread on the red one I'd painted for her, running one hand along the tank the way she does with bikes she's about to trust with her body. Hazel and Wendy looked great but more like a dummy with heavy make up in those smallest of dresses, enhancing their appearances though. The guys were clad in normal clothes. However, it was only Riley who appeared to be dressed well among all the guys. The black shirt with rolled up sleeves on a black denim jeans made him look different and exceptional among all. She is not wearing a lot of makeup just some mascara and dark red lipstick. Riley is wearing a tank top and skirt ensemble. It shows off her long tanned legs. She has some foundation on, mascara, and light pink lipgloss. Her heels are hot pink that does not match her outfit. Her hair is in a low bun with some strands out around her face. "You look amazing," Riley states looking me up and down. "Thanks, your outfit is interesting," I state. "Thanks," she says. "Hi I'm Rosalie but friends call me Rose," Rose greets.
