In the Moonlight Pack, Alpha Robin stood by the open window of his dimly lit room, the soft silver glow of the crescent moon bathing his face in an ethereal light. His dark eyes reflected turmoil as he gazed at the heavens, lost in thought. The night was still, save for the occasional rustle of leaves in the cool breeze. For all his strength and status, tonight, Alpha Robin was a man burdened by solitude. But there was more than loneliness weighing on him. A deep conflict churned within his chest, one he could no longer ignore.

Then they just stared at each other, as if their ability to converse had just disappeared. "Well." Robin cleared her throat. "I guess we should introduce ourselves. "Robin Hanna." She held out her hand across the table. She had one moment of panic, wondering if she should have told him her name. Then she gave a mental shrug. That was far from the safest space, and it was no surprise that Lukas had found her. Robin froze at the sound of Darryl's voice before noticing him and going livid with rage.

Dylan and her would do their shift on the first full moon, then the second full moon, the blue moon, they would have the ceremony for the moon goddess to give her alpha to Dylan. As though fate wanted to confirm her fears, a massive roar was heard, and a pillar fell from the sky and struck the village!

RONA'S POV I finally summoned the courage to practice the technique since the emperor would be gone for a few days, alongside most of his very powerful men. So it wouldn't be that easy for someone to sense my aura. I was in a secret garden, not one of the emperor's forbidden sites, but one of his secret gardens leading to a dungeon used to keep truly terrifying criminals.
