I hadn’t expected Henri to fancy this type of genre, but he told me that it didn't matter what type it was, so long as the story was good. And it was actually pretty good. We were forty-five minutes into the movie, and the female lead was finally trying to make her move on the male lead.

Little did she know, she would end up being his girlfriend. Two hours later, Elissa was done with her work and she left the shop with Carson. She didn't ask him where he was taking her as it was a surprise. When he parked the car in the theatre parking zone, she was a bit confused about why there? They got out of the car and she asked, "What is the surprise, Carson?" "Do you remember you said you wanted to see the movie Love, Actually?" he grinned. Elissa was still confused but then it hit her.

I say with a grin, “the movie’s about to start. You don’t want to miss it.” She glances at the screen, then back at me, a playful glint in her eyes. “Is this one of those cheesy rom-coms?” she teases, but there’s no real bite in her words. She’s just trying to play along, to keep things light. I chuckle, shaking my head. “It’s not cheesy. It’s... endearing.” “The title is ‘Much a do about love’. You hate rom-coms.” “It’s endearing, stop questioning me.”

"I told you back then remember? You said you weren't ever going to fall in love, I told you that you will and I'll be here to say I told you so when that happens." She said and I laughed.

I looked at him and then my bed and then I grabbed a box of pizza and plopped into my bed and so did he. "So what are we watching?", he asked biting into a slice of a pepperoni pizza. My favorite. "It's a South-African series called Ummm Blood and Water", I replied. "Mmm violence", he cooed. I turned to him with my mouthful and scrunched my nose at him. "Nom violence rommunce", I murmured. "what?". "I said not violence, romance". His smile vanished. "Romance?", he whined. "Can we watch something else?", he whined. I held his chin and squeezed it.

I said as we sat. “It was so romantic.” I just smiled at her then the movie finally started. I already prepared a pack of tissue on my side just to make sure that I’m ready enough when a dramatic scene appears. The princess and the prince used to watch this so it must be a dramatic romance. I’m so excited to watch it. Me and Lucifer used to watch movies about dogs because that’s what I want although Lucifer really wants to watch those with heinous crimes in it.

My body follows before I think that he wants to sit beside me. “Are we going to watch this goddamn movie or you two will continue bickering?” My cousin’s annoying tone makes me stop. “Play that damn thing, and let’s watch,” Pyke agrees. “It’s a movie, and not a damn thing, Pyke,” Meg barks. She’s a Rom-com fan. Bianca and I love romantic movies and cry our eyes out when the leads go separate ways. “Sorry to hurt your feelings, babe, but that movie is trash,” Pyke retorts.

It must be fun being famous. The movie was entitled 'Love Has No Boundaries'. It was a romance with a touch of thriller. And also, it was based on a true story. It makes me excited. I haven't watched it trailer yet. But maybe they will premiere it too before the movie with the other trailers of the upcoming airing movies? *shrugs* "I watched it trailer, girl. It's romantic! Fafa Law is so handsome. Hihihi!" Rosseu gossiped to me while munching her popcorn.

He hummed in satisfaction, and kissed my cheek slow and lovingly. The home cinema was dark, with only the light from the gigantic screen softly bathing the entire room. There was a trending romance movie playing, and right now, the hot male character had trapped the female protagonist against a wall, and he was kissing the living daylights out of her. For some reason, the male reminded me of Adonis, and I felt my cheeks begin to heat. I had really seen him again.
