How much—?” “3K to 5K, depending on your performance and VVIP reviews. You can talk to the manager if you need to apply for housing benefits or education support for your son. That’s up to you.” There were housing benefits? Education systems? Who were these people?

Additionally, I have better roommates than you since I make a mean morning burrito. Grace grinned in spite of herself. "Is that what makes you stand out? Burritos for breakfast?" "That and I can pay first and last month's rent right now." Between them, on the table, he took an envelope out of the pocket of his jacket. "Cash." Grace gazed at the letter. She had five days to pay her rent. It would be quite difficult to find another roommate at that time. She dared to ask, "Can I ask why you need a place so urgently?"

We are practically living together. For me, it is to save some penny because I’m on my rocks right now, which I'm still waiting ‘til next week for my allowance from the scholarship. I’m lucky enough to be chosen to the grant, they give a good keeps. And for him, he got some monster in his house to stay away from. I offered him to stay with me, but we have to split the payment. She handed it over and I took a sip, but something about it tasted off. I had to admit that it was nice having a roommate again that wasn’t my parents. Especially having a roommate who was as considerate as Lauren. I had found her in the local want ads, where she posted that she was looking for someone to rent out her extra bedroom. It was a perfect situation, because she wasn’t concerned about having me sign a lease as long as I agreed to pay the rent on time. She worked in Silicon Valley as a programmer, but for a different company. "Zeke," I said. "Girl, if it's Zeke Rodriguez, then you better get another dorm," she said with a knowing black American voice. "Why's that?" I asked. "You see, Zeke doesn't like sharing room with people especially girls so he's gonna get you transferred to another room, or rather you'll transfer yourself," she said in her normal voice.

He grinned cutely at me with his tongue between his teeth and wrapped his warm muscular arms around my waist making me giggle like a fucking teenager. "Mind telling me 'your' problems", I whispered for no reason in particular trying to be seductive I guess as I ran my finger over his handsome, panty dropping face tracing his bootiful features. Swoon. "The main problem is that you're not there", He whispered as well matching my tone making me grin widely like a fool as my cheek turned red but thankfully he couldn't see that because of the mask. "So you're officially my roommate now, huh?" Hunter shrugged, "Unfortunately".

I immediately fished out my laptop from my cupboard and called Mum on Skype, I knew she would be at home at this time. “Hi Muma, I am finally done settling in, I just wanted to let you know I missed you already”, I could feel a really bright stupid smile on my face as I got up from my bed to show her the room, that if someone entered the house right now, they would think I was about to go crazy, but I didn’t care because my mum was my all. “Hi sweetie, I’m so proud of you baby and I’m sure your dad would be too”, I heard her sniffle a little but in a second, she wiped her eyes and smiled at me then continued “So tell me, how is everything going, how is your roommate, did you tell her how pis

she says. "Good, the job requirements have already been given to you by Mrs. Gering so I think that is covered. You will have health benefits, the use of one of the cars in the garage, a room, meals with us, and this card," I say as I slide the Amex across to her. She looks at it for a moment and then back at me. "What is it?" she asks. "I have set up an account for you to purchase things you might need for your room, or if you’re out with Sydney and she wants something this is for that use," I say looking at the NDA.
