I glanced at Williams, who remained silent, as if in pain. "It's nothing, Dean. A friend of mine came to visit, and I was happy about it all." Dean looked at Henry, who smiled and extended his hand for a shake. "Hi, my name is Henry, and I'm from the Lycan pack. I used to be a beta to Williams here, but I guess my rights have been taken away." I observed how Dean shook hands with Henry, then turned his attention back to me. "You need to rest, Sierra. You know I don't like seeing you this way."

Keenan lets go of Taylor's waist as he turns to Rory, his long time best friend. "Hello, Rory." He says happily as Rory offers him a small smile. "Long time no see, bro." he casually says, offering Rory a hand to shake and Rory he takes it, looking happy to see his best friends for the first time in four years.

Keenan had brought Rory to the hospital after finding him unconscious in the heavy rain outside of Taylor's home, where he suspected Rory had gone after he came to the hotel and realised he was gone. After Rory got admitted and they run tests on him. They found out that the exposure to the cold had weakened his heart and therefore caused it to stop functioning. He has placed on life support ever since then, with chances of his survival being very low. Keenan has been doing his best to be by his friend’s side ever since, bringing in all his resources to help speed up the search for a heart donor for Rory. He has been searching on his laptop and also calling all the numbers on his contact list

June Hall’s POV “Good morning Winster county. Welcome to another episode of Winster county with Miss June Hall. After pretending to look through the trunk for ten minutes, I wipe my eyes and then enter the key's security code. Since Kerry is still talking on the phone in the car, I unlock the door for myself and then proceed into the house to wash my face. I was startled when I heard someone knock on the door, and when I opened it, I was expecting to see Kerry, but it was Rory instead. He is now only wearing a t-shirt as he enters the restroom, where he immediately closes the door behind him and does not utter a word.

His face was tired, his jaw shadowed. “I don’t like the way you looked at Celina today,” I said before I could stop myself. He blinked. “What?” “She… she acts like she knows you better than I do,” I said, my voice low. Kael sighed and sat beside me. “Rory, she’s just trying to help. She’s not the enemy.” “Then who is?” I asked softly. He reached for my hand. “Not her. Not you. I just… I feel like I’m failing you.”

A knock sounded on the door. “Come see!” Nero Patoyer said, as his brother Marcel walked in, stepping aside as the stranger walked in with confidence like his life wasn't in danger. “I'm glad to finally meet you, I'm Kieran King of both light and dark Fae. I’ve been asking around about who’s in charge of the supernatural creatures in this town and came up empty, well until now.” Kieran said confidently, making himself comfortable. Marcel stepped forward ready to teach Kieran a lesson, but Nero shook his head stopping him. Marcel stepped back, but didn't take his eyes off Kieran or his three fifty-seven magnum strapped to his back.
