I ensured everyone would be present, as Nathaniel came late. "Good day!" He greeted everyone with a pleasant smile and stepped inside. The boys already knew a new member would join us from the other part of the globe. It's no other than Donatello. "Welcome to the club, Don." Faustino was the first to give him a handshake. The two were no longer strangers. "It's lovely to have an Attorney on board, plus a handsome detective." Nathaniel came second, and the rest followed. "Happy to be a part of the wrangler's boys club," Donatello speaks.

“Yeah. Where the fuck is she?” Donatello fidgets. His eyes dart around like he’s trying to find the right words. “I saw her down the hallway with Porcellina.” “Porcellina?” I bark, confused for a second. “Who the fuck is Porcellina?” I narrow my eyes, barely holding my temper. Donatello clears his throat, then hesitates. “Oh, she's one of Madre Padrina’s maidens, boss. Helps with trimming flowers, preparing meals, you know, that shit.”

“No thanks. I’ll just keep this.” I turned to face Draco, to find him calling me to join him as the elevator doors opened and he stepped in. I went to hurry after him, when a voice from behind stopped me. “Ma’am…we have something for you.” * * Rosanna’s P.O.V: Rosanna Donatello…the only daughter of the Donatello Famiglia, the heir to the Donatello fortune…threw aside the tablet that one of her father’s men held out for her, before slapping him across the cheek.

I wrap my arms around the back of him tightly, causing this tattooed pierced giant in front of me to tighten his hold on me, his face going to rest ontop of my head. "Who the hell is this softy." Tio teases, his arms going around Enzo and Santino. I feel the giant black-haired stranger remove his arms from around me and glare at all of them, before turning towards me with a soft look and a smile. "I'm Donatello." He said softly making me smile a him. I mean... I know I'm not supposed to have favourites right... But I mean... Come on. It's a no brainer really.

I couldn’t help but remember Donatello telling me that he believed that he saw him somewhere, and hearing what Sienna was telling me, I couldn’t help but believe that he was indeed using magic. Donatello was not the type to forget who a person was. If anything, he was almost always very accurate when it came to his memory of faces. It was one of the reasons why he was dangerous when angered. He was not a man to be messed with nor was he the type to allow random mistakes to just slide. If anything, he would be sure to make those who hurt him or his loved ones pay if he simply caught their scent.

Wilbet hated the sight of my tears. Forcing myself to breathe, I shook my head. "That is Malcolm Laurent," he scoffed, as if the name irritated him. "A very powerful man. Some say he has affiliates with the Mafia, and you were standing there chatting with him like a damn fool." I curled my fingers into my palm, feeling my nails dig into the flesh there. Wilbet turned to me harshly, grabbing my face. "Tell me, dear wife, did you embarrass me?" I knew "embarrass" was code for Did you tell him I hit you?

Grey asked again with his brows arched “Hmn, it’s quiet surprising you remember his number. Yes he is the one” she answered “But you realize he is dead right, he was in the last lab that collapsed” Grey reminded her because he didn’t seem to be processing the information too well. He was there the day the lab was crashing down, he saw Roman stuck in the room and heavily inject with anesthetics “He is pretty much alive and…” she paused as she leaned closer to him “He is the key to creating the perfect shape shifting beast”

It would have been way too easy, considering the fact that there was no guarantee that I would be leaving Marcelo after that. A particularly large man suddenly emerged right in front of the door. He seemed to be about seven foot tall, with more than three hundred pounds of pure muscle to add to his already menacing appearance. He looked like he had small people like me and my sister for breakfast and from the look of things, he was definitely working for Donatello.

I never meant for any of this to touch you.” My stomach twisted. “Oh my god, you do know her.” He nodded once, it was slow and miserable. “Who is she?” “Her name is Donna Sofia.” He spoke the name like it tasted bitter. “She’s married to one of the old bosses, Don Moretti. Back when Don Antonio adopted me, Don Moretti and Antonio were partners, they were thick as thieves.” He paused, rubbed his thumb across his knuckles like the motion could erase what came next.

I let out a sigh of relief that he had remembered proper decorum, only for him to hold me to lead me into my own seat beside him. I sat down, my heart in my throat. Kaden sat down again, crossing one leg over the other. “So what is this about?” Even I was surprised by Kaden’s audacity. “This is the bullshit I was talking about,” Donatello hissed, his hand lifting to his cheek where a scar should have been. “Alpha Caelthorn,” Altman said slowly, intertwining his fingers. “It seems that there has been some form of misunderstanding between you and councilman Donatello here.”
