Connie blinked. “What can I say? My wife is hot,” I chuckled, smiling. I took my phone out and turned it to them. My wallpaper was a picture of Riko and the kids at the hospital after Ryū was born. Riko doesn’t like the photo, but I think she looks fucking gorgeous. It was the day after Ryū was born, so she’d at least gotten a chance to clean up but was still in a hospital gown and looked a little tired. Despite how tired she was, her smile was so bright and genuine.

Aiden nodded and followed the man in. The room was beautiful and neat, with a great view of the lake and mountain in the distance. Uncle Jin said, “See that mural there?” Aiden turned his attention to see a beautiful Japanese mural on the wall. It was of a beautiful girl with long silky black hair and pale skin, wearing numerous layers of colorful kimonos. Surrounding her were some sort of spiritual animals—a golden dragon, a silver fox, a white snake, and a black cat. “That’s a beautiful piece,” Aiden said.

Storm walked into Kaden's treehouse and was immediately struck by how it seemed larger than usual. The wooden walls, which should be plain and simple, were adorned with colorful murals and hand-painted designs. One wall even showcased a sprawling mural of a sunset over a peaceful lake, with vivid oranges and pinks blending into each other. And another wall had a charming depiction of a forest, complete with playful animals like squirrels and birds, all brought to life with bright, cheerful colors.

This made me scared. "Please, who are you?" I asked in the most polite way possible. I did not want to annoy the woman; she was unbalanced. "Ah, finally asking me the right question." She said, smiling. She cleared her throat, I knew it was all an act, but nonetheless, it made me more attentive. "I am Ruhun Daji, and my name is Kurwa, the spirit of nature, good fortune, bliss and wellness."

"Go ahead, Harris." Harris finished the last piece of his karaage and took a sip while the others also finished their lunch. Jai and Darrion prepared to listen to him. Harris looked excited. What caught his eye, though, were the walls. They weren’t plain. Painted murals covered them—floral vines curling up corners, bursts of wildflowers across panels, a soft mountain range blooming into a pastel sky, a tree growing from the shape of a heart. There were framed paintings, too. Small ones. Dreamy portraits, abstract shapes, gentle landscapes. Everything felt… alive. It was like stepping into Riah’s mind. Creative. Unpretentious. Full of life. Riah closed the door behind them and slipped off her shoes. “Come in. Sorry, it’s a bit cramped.”

Then I hurried to Kuroyuki, who was maintain the wall from the silhouettes. "Kuroyuki— is that what I think it is…?" I asked. "…They— are us," Kuroyuki answered. The silhouettes are August (sword silhouette), Blaze (armbar silhouette), Kuroyuki (spear silhouette), Persia (black card silhouette), Rumelia (black string silhouette) and Kronos (black bullets silhouette). "They are one person short— so it's me who's not in there, huh. What is the meaning of this…?"

Henry That's a relief... good thing she didn't see that. Why did I even set that as my wallpaper. I just found her cute that's why... right? I opened my phone and exit all apps. I see the photos are open- I guess Kou used my phone again to take pictures of Yui earlier and blame it on me again. Just as I exit them all. I saw my wallpaper. I can't seem to help but smile a little. Gumi's cheeks were really chubby back then. Still, I can't believe I used it as my wallpaper.

Elijah blinked, turning the screen to me. It was still open to the picture of her wearing a red kimono worn in a way that showcased her large breasts, and the way she was sitting, her left leg was exposed up to about mid-thigh. “Yep. That’s Granny Yūri in her prime.” I waggled my eyebrows. “So our Riko gets her sex appeal from her.” he nodded.

Finally, he chose a photo of Harmonia holding a small cake with a bit of cream on the tip of her nose as his lockscreen wallpaper. Rio sneaked a glance. Dimas frowned and glared at him, “Does it look nice?” Rio was startled. Saying it looked nice wasn't right, and saying it did not look nice wasn't right either. He then had an idea, “The more I look at it, the more I feel that you and Miss Marsh are a perfect match.” “Is that so?” As a fan, Rio grinned and nodded, quickly adding, “It's obvious, anyone with eyes can see it!”
