I turned the corner in pursuit of the demon and found it turning behind another corner. Without wasting time, I sprinted and thanked Adrian for making me workout daily. I was not huffing and puffing like I usually do even after all the running. I found the demon hovering over a few feet away. I slowed down and approached with caution. Why did it stop suddenly?
