He thinks about himself and only himself all the time but is nice to most people. Did someone come to mind, because I know one did for me. There's this one fuckboy at my school, Connor Owens, and he's probably the hottest guy in my grade. At least that's what all the girls think. He's tall, has brown hair, tanned skin, and the most mesmerizing bluish-green eyes. He's a really fun person to be around, and he's a pretty smart guy. We're in all the AP classes together.

Toby was kicking up dust and dirt as he waited for my signal. “Let's go!” I rumbled. Toby kicked off before me, zooming down the path. Man, that wolf was fast, maybe one of the fastest in our pack. His light-brown fur glided effortlessly against the wind, then his head turned around slightly, looking back at me. The wolf smirked as his green eyes sparkled against the sun's rays.

Gripping his rifle two-handed now, Pink Bunny screeches: “BOY CUFFS HIMSELF TO GIRL.” “So kinky.” Big Jim’s hands skim his jacket. “Then what?” “BOY AND GIRL COME WITH US,” Angry Fox jabs his weapon in Trent’s direction. Trent pops the cuffs open, running his fingers along the fur. The material probably reminds him of his dearly departed jacket. We hope he’s thinking something comforting like that, because if he freaks out, either the severely irate Fox or the panicky Bunny will give him a hot-lead facelift.

I can't help but feel embarrassed as I let out a nervous laugh. "I couldn't tell you were a girl because you have no tits and curves," I say, roaring with laughter. "Fuck you, wolfboy. That's not funny," the fox says from behind the tree. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry! But you have to admit this is pretty funny."

It gave us the advantage. “ATTACK!” Wyatt said and took off to help his warriors. I have been feeling each death that was happening around the U.S. The numbers were staggering but I tried to stay focused to watch Raven take down Devin. She stalked him like a lion does his prey. Devin shifted into his wolf that was smaller than Raven but was thick with muscle. I felt Raven bring the electricity to the surface and my whole body was sending off little blue sparks as she walked to him. It caused him to pause for a second and look at them before he decided it was not anything to be concerned about.

My wolf moves around inside me itching to get out. They begin to run like they’re running for their lives. I chuckle. Roxy turns and smiles. “Eager as beavers, right?” I nod as I go to the front of the property where there are spare coats hanging and grab her an orange puffa with a faux fur trimmed hood.

I hear a growl slip out and then I wink at him and walk away. ‘THAT WAS GREAT REBEL! WE ARE GONNA DRIVE HIM WILD!’ Roxie shouts in my mind. ‘You think so Roxie? This is all so new to me.’ I ask her. ‘YES REBS! EVEN CRONOS IS PANTING!’ I laugh again and this time Lacy looks at me with an eyebrow raised. “My wolf loved what I did out there. Said that Austin’s wolf is panting too.” I told her. She started laughing again, “Yeah, he is! You are a total babe Rebel. Flaunt it!” she says encouragingly.

I nod and grab a handful, throwing a couple in the air and catching them in my mouth. “Oh, I see how it is!” Rob exclaims. “Of course, when I ask, you tell me to fuck off, but Kieran can have as many as he wants!” “That’s exactly how it is,” Mateo deadpans. “Die mad about it.” “Mateo’s trying to secure that sweet birthday sex,” Alex jokes. “He has to bribe him.” Mateo leans in close to my ear, breath tickling it as he asks, “Is it working?”
