Carra walked into the store and saw Audrey glaring angrily at the current shopkeeper, Hawley. The maid Reina who followed next to her was holding a set of packaged jade heads in her hands. Hawley was Vira's distant nephew. He was thirty-five or six years old, with upright face but no lack of shrewdness. Carra was very satisfied with him since he had been working conscientiously and fulfilling his duties as the treasurer of Lora. Hawley did not show weakness in the face of Audrey's unreasonable clamor. Although he bowed down and saluted respectfully, he still insisted on standing firmly and did not give in.

She said it would ruin her progress in training. She even met a new guy today, Robby. He works at the bakery and also teaches music at the primary school. He was handsome…not as handsome as Azraiel of course, but handsome in a cute chocolate boy kind of way. He has dark sandy blonde hair and swoon worthy blue eyes...and most importantly, he didn’t make a face when he spotted her drooling over the chocolate truffle pastries.

I hissed “ us? You are the one googly eyes and practically drooling over her.” Creed smirks “ I was not drooling! Let's just get this job done so we can go home.” I said placing the marshmallows back where they go and heading out the back door. “ mhmm you sure you don’t want to stay and get all kissy kissy with the neighbor girl?” ryan mocks making kissy faces “ Yes, I’m sure!” I growled

Daisy Hunter asked, her voice laced with trepidation. "I am really serious, Daisy Hunter, you have always been my loyal Secretary…please I really need this." Wade Roberto's voice was still persuasive. "Of all the ladies out there and in the office, why did you choose me?" Her voice was barely above whispers. "I have been with you for quite some time and I believe you will make the perfect fit." Wade Roberto said as he sank into his seat. His eyes were laced with emotions. "Sir, You and I know that I am engaged to your friend, Seth Nathaniel…you wouldn't expect me to leave him, would you?"

I smiled. “Thank you,” he forced a smile, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “After Allen became one of the most powerful people in The Rodriguez's group, he became untouchable, I became one of the richest persons in the world, yet I still can't get revenge, do you know why?” Micheal said nothing, his brows forming a knot. “He has The Rodriguez's group protecting him, so I can't harm him physically, I can only fight to take the group away from him, but I can't do that alone.”

Evelyn's POV "I, Alpha Kyle Turner, reject you, Evelyn Sanders, as my mate." Alpha Kyle hoarse voice boomed in my ears making me freeze on my tracks, his voice laced with disgust. Crack! A cracking sound resounded inside my body and I felt as if a part of me was forcefully torn and taken away. My wolf howled in pain but there was nothing I could do about it. Tears flowed down my face as the pain became immeasurable, increasing with each second to the point I was unable to tolerate it. I could care less about the gazes on me. I was already used to it.

The grin on her face makes me laugh, "as if! Ryder is not trying to romance me. For one, I have a gorgeous man already, and for two, I am pretty sure he likes boys." Robyn is shaking her head at me, "Ryder is bi, he falls for the person, not their sex. He does have a thing for you though, he hasn't said anything, but I can tell, and it takes a lot to draw his interest, the only exception was with Olivia last year, but a friend of ours was killed, and he got wasted, and I mean wasted, he could barely walk I am surprised he could even get his dick hard to be honest."
