Menar’s eyes narrowed as she studied the maid’s face. “Do I know you?” “I serve Luna Mina of Dam-Nighade Pack,” Sabina explained nervously. “I was sent to find a sorcerer who can reveal… things hidden by the Moon Goddess. Sadie and I have been in Baker now for two months. Going by the names Katie and Nick. Sadie turns eighteen in three days. Sadie spun toward me as she slipped into her heels. “Not just any client. He’s hot, intimidating, powerful, and running for vice president next year. Do you know what kind of career suicide it is to leave him waiting?”
