Sally answered. "If that's true then we really need to get her away from those vampires. They are corrupted in the worse ways." Alvin spoke up and I felt panic seep through me for a moment. "Let's finish this spell. That will be the first step." Sally said and we nodded. "I just need a few more things. Can I see what Kitty has in your room?" she asked kindly. "Of course." I agreed and led them up to our room. I showed Sally the cupboard that Kitty had and she smiled.

“Do you think the nurses will get scared?” I laughed, ruffling his hair. “Oh, definitely. They won’t be expecting such a spooky ghost!” Andrew and I helped him carve a few pumpkins that morning, turning each one into a different character—some goofy, some scary, and one that Tristan declared was the "king pumpkin." We set them up along the windowsill, and Tristan giggled as he imagined each pumpkin “watching over” the hospital room.

A portion of the field was decorated with balloons, hanging streamers, and lights. Sally Pearson, decorating a large table with food, saw Alpha Brentwood and immediately came over to him. "I'm glad you're here," she said, smiling. Alpha Brentwood smiled back at her. Remembering the gift he had bought for her, he handed it to her. "Happy birthday," he said. It was a set of perfumes. It was also a thank you for Sally inviting him to the party to see his fated mate. As Sally happily took it from him and thanked him, she said, "Halsey is in the kitchen; go to her."

After only cutting out the eyes, Jessie got frustrated at how dull the knife was, only to start using her nails, which cut through the pumpkin easily. "That's cheating." Kimmy said, struggling to cut the top off her pumpkins. "Leave it up to Christian to give us child proof knifes." Jessie waved the useless knife around. "Can you please pass the red paint? I want the insides to look like brains and intestines." After placing the final touches on her pumpkin, Jessie then placed a candle in it. "All done." She brushed her hands off. Kimmy looked between their pumpkins. “How did you get yours so scary?"

It’s Sally here.” “I know,” the girl said, hands behind her back, swinging her shoulders from side to side. “I’ve got Miss Natalia here with me.” Lucette revealed the limp Raggedy Ann doll. “I see,” Sally said. “How about you let me in, and you, me, and Miss Natalia there can have a tea party. Would you like that?” “Uh-huh. Sure would.” “Well. Right then, sweetheart. Just wave your magic wand and whisk me through this big old fence of yours. That, or get that delightful mother of yours to come my way and let me in.”

She laughed at my horrified shudder and yelled out a 'serves you right' and then we were both laughing at how silly we were being and hugged each other, with a smiling Beth finishing off my pumpkin pie in the oven. "Anyways, here you go. These are for the party." She handed me the bags. "What's in he-Oh My God! Pumpkin vases! Ah! Little pumpkin fairy lights! And God! Are those red and orange candles! God Nikki, how did you know? I've been looking everywhere for these!"

“We’ll see a pet shop tomorrow, okay?” “Yes.” I hugged him back as he wrapped his arms around my neck to give me a hug so tight. “I love you, son.” “Love you, too.” “Promise me you will sleep early and eat vegetables, okay?” “Just no pumpkin.” He pouted. “It’s only for Halloween.” “Deal.” I shook my head in amusement. I didn’t want to know where did he get that idea. He slipped off my lap and ran inside the house. I went into the powder room. Carly was already getting ready with these ladies for her hair and makeup.

Mr Henry asked her who was nearly buried in Lucas 's chest. Feeling something wrong, Lucas moved her awua from his chest and was horrified to see how pale she looked. "Sally, are you ...."
