Heather gasped at the little creature, and not believing her ears, dashed towards the house, screaming her lungs out for Matt. Once inside, she locked all the doors and hurried towards her bedroom, panting and sweating. Even though her belly ached, she jogged up the steps, scared to her wit’s end.
