Chapter One Hundred and Thirty One Annabelle pov Travis and I stopped at the ice cream section close to the game station and got two stick-wrap ice-creams. Soon they reached the ice cream parlour and rainbow ice cream was chaos in a cone for their little one. Lucian stared at the triple-scoop swirl like it was a foreign object. “Eat it before it melts,” Isla nudged softly and he took a bite. Suddenly the business shark Lucian Blackwell winced. Aaric looked and laughed so hard he nearly fell off his chair. “You got a brain freeze!” Isla leaned closer and whispered, “You’re supposed to lick it, not bite into it like it’s a hostile takeover.” Lucian narrowed his eyes at her playfully. “You’re enjoying this too much.
