Meeting: Rowling stood at the bow of the ship watching the cliff as the pulled into Raven’s Peak two other ships trailed behind him. Rowling's ship was a deep dark cherrywood, he had liked the cherry color of it because it reminded him of blood stained wood. He wanted the fear aspect to be in everything he did. His sails were a deep dark blood red and his personal flag was white with a sword hanging above a headless man’s body. He even named the ship Trepidation. It was written on the side of the ship in deep dark bold letters.

Scarlet I broke out in a cold sweat, finding refuge in the bolster beside me. Fortunately, it was a dream. I had been having this dream about Hansen for months on end. Within minutes, the would-be raiders are retreating, limping into the night.

He was so shocked that he rubbed his eyes to make sure what he saw was not his imagination. Although the darkness had prevailed, he could clearly see that not a far distance from the beach, many ships were cruising toward them. The ships were all painted black. Under the dim light from the moon, the ships were as massive as a sea monster, and they were full of people standing on board. Chains thicker than a man’s torso moored it to the broken dock. The metal creaked with each gentle pull of the tide, a sound that echoed like a scream across the empty harbor.
