It was all beginning to make sense. No wonder he scared the living daylights out of me. He was like Pennywise, Squidward, Eeyore, and freaking Johnny Bravo wrapped in one annoying ass package.

"It's from a soft toy. I just painted it red. See, it's not real." I just stared at him. "So calm down, okay? Don't cry." He fiddled for something on one of the cabinets. "I had played the creepy voices on my phone." He pulled out his phone and tapped away something on it. The ghoulish sounds stopped almost instantly and he pushed his phone into his back pocket. He walked towards the bathtub and picked up the doll. "It was one of Rebecca's dolls she left behind. I made it look scary. And this-" he said, grabbing the white cloth covering the ghost behind the closet revealing it to be an inverted unused dustbin placed over a stool.

I access my closet for clean clothes, and shriek as I'm pummelled to the floor by a mass flood of teddy bears. Trying to leap out, I'm only tossed back down by another swell of fluffy teddies from the closet. After the third influx of teddies, I finally resurface out by repleted fury with my hands clenched in fists at my sides. "DASTARD!!!" I scream, before clamping my hands over my mouth.

"I got you some new friends." I stared at the mountain of fluff. "Where did you even…why would you…what?" "They're rare breeds," he explained, looking actually proud of himself. "This one's from the Northern packs," "I'm eighteen years old, not six." "So? Everyone likes stuffed animals." I wanted to object to it but I stopped. Because they were kind of cute. "Okay fine, I'll keep them. But this doesn't mean I'm not mad at all of you for being complete pushovers."

I put on a blanket and hugged my favorite pillow. ***** I was stunned when I felt something rustling on the side of my room again, I saw a stuffed toy there because my eyes were used to the dark. I woke up immediately and pulled the blanket even harder and clung to it. Yes I'm not afraid of people, but I'm afraid of ghosts! "Ahhh!" I cried because the more the stuff toy moved, the more I cried because I had no one with me. Before I finally fainted, I immediately ran out of the room with my pillow. I was crying to knock on Izh’s door.

God, I sound so uncertain about how my life is gonna be. About the dolls thing, i wont say I'm scared of them exactly, i just don't like them. I don't run or faint when i see them. It's like, that sort of dislike you have for your worst food. You can suck it up and eat it, but you'd much rather not. And you're lucky you aren't scared of 'em either. I have a bad habit of teasing people.

Hendrix POV After that weirdo's silly bedtime story about end-of-the-world cults or something, I could tell Anna's resolve was breaking down. Those weird creatures and their horrifying objects were like living nightmares come true. They had twisted bodies and soulless eyes that looked right into your mind with cold malice. Their rude and inappropriate presence made me lose even my normal confidence. But giving in to fear was the first thing that led to loss. And there was no way in hell I was going to be added to Scar's crazy plan to kill people from our family tree.
