"Here we are, she said as she pulled up in a parking lot to what seemed like their kind of a mall. It was a shopping centre with many stalls and it looked… witchy. I call it that because it was. What would you call a place where doors were marked with bells that looked like snakes, heads of dragons, human skulls, hand and ginger skeletons and such. Wasn't that… dark? But I didn't say anything as I followed closely behind mom and she walked to a shop that had “POPPY'S MAGICAL THINGS" on the door. This one had what looked like a chameleon that squeaked when we opened the door and a short fat woman came from behind a mannequin that looked like it was straight from a dark tale with a smile.

That was how this wrinkled middle-aged man appeared inside the store. Chase walked in to see the store selling corpses of savage monsters. There were bones, incarcerated limbs, furs, and even their young. A man who looked like the store assistant approached Chase when he entered. "What would you like to buy, sir?" the store assistant asked. Chase looked around. "You don't need to attend to me. It's my first time here, and I'd like to have a look around." Chase rejected the man's offer, so the store assistant let Chase walk around on his own as he turned to serve the next customer. There were many customers in the store, after all. He could not attend to each and every one of them.

My mind reeled as I tried to process the information. Eva shopped here? It was hard to imagine her in a place like this.

Because of how beautiful the entire street looked and the signs blocking the way, Harvey wasn’t able to see the store before. After looking closely, he could see a seemingly-ancient sign of the store. “What does the store sell?” Harvey asked curiously. “Sham…goods…” Harper replied, worried. She thought she was completely useless to find a store as sketchy as this. Harvey froze for a moment. Then, he burst out laughing. “Right! I’ll have that one!” “Tell the owner that I’ll buy it!” “Handle the transfer procedures this afternoon.” “We’ll open up our business there.”

After that, he leaned back, chewing the gum like it hadn’t just been in my mouth. “Come on,” he said. We stepped down from the car. The place was sleazy. Red neon. A flickering OPEN sign. Exactly the kind of place no good girl should walk into with a guy like Hayden. I followed him anyway. Inside the store, everything looked like a dare. Silk ropes. Handcuffs. Bottles of oil. Remote-controlled god-knows-what. I wandered. Pretended not to care. He followed me like a shadow. “Pick something,” he said behind me.

I heard one of them shouted at me from behind. I found myself smiling and brushing back my hair, blushing as I got away from them; realizing that my plan of being noticed was already starting to work. I raise my head not feeling shy anymore but confident, walking straight by to where the food stores were. I stopped seeing a small food place named, Spicy Groove Famous Dessert shop. I stood staring at the store. I then decided to start my shopping from there entering the small shop. As I entered, I looked around the place seeing black chairs, tables, and two wolves: a male and a female sitting, eating a slice of cake and a cup beside them that seems like it is coffee. I stopped staring at them

she whispered with a look of horror. Scott winced. “You don’t know this place?” he asked. Ciara shook her head and looked around. Many pictures of humans dressed strangely with flashy make-up. “What place is this?” She looked questioningly at Scott. “A cassette store.” “Cassette?” She frowned until her muscles ached. “What’s that?” There was pity in Scott’s eyes when he heard her question. “Do you know music?” “Music?” “Nova never introduced you to music?” He said it like it was something really sad, and she was almost certain it was.

I say as I follow him towards my store room. He doesn't day anything and suddenly whole light of the house gets off. What the shit? Why would light go like this? Do we have black out or is it something? I am thinking about the possible reasons of black out and try to walk away from there to the main switch so I can see what is actually problem in there? But as soon as I tread just double steps, someone pulls me inside the store room. My eyes bulges out like I have seen some ghost. It scares me to hell.

Flashback Monte Rio, CA A black car drove through a desolate road. On the right and left are full of dense and lush forest trees. Inside the car, Anne, sitting next to Jack, is feeling anxious. Jack who was driving the car glanced at Anne who was squeezing the hem of her dress. "It's okay, everything will be fine." Jack tried to calm Anne down, as if he knew what was going through her mind. "I'm scared," she said hesitantly.
