"I was only trying to be nice to you and you did this??" Andrea wailed and fell to the floor looking down at her drenched clothes. "How could you do this to me Miss Alicia??" She cried profusely, pointing at Alicia who had great shock on her face. She hasn't done anything, what was she saying? She wasn't the waiter who had poured drinks on her body, why was she accusing her?? Alicia was damned confused. Despite Jaden's poor background and past marriage, Melissa stayed with him and his children and helped him build his business back to its feet to the point of raising it to be recognized as her family's rival company. I tried to talk but my mouth felt too heavy, my eyes widening in disbelief as I watched Lucien bring out a sharp knife. He opened my mouth and brought out my tongue while Malia kept laughing, pointing at me with a smug look on her face. I was still confused. What was going on? Was Lucien being controlled? "I reject you, Nadia, as my mate and future Luna," He growled as he sliced my tongue off.
