I hear myself screaming, slamming against the van with every strength I can muster, and then something loud goes off. One. Two. Three. And I think I am dead.

His death was drawing near. "P...pl...please...d..don't..." He started crying; he was seeing the devil, standing right on his shoulder, prepared to kill him any second. "You know, I could have just asked the gang leader to kill you, but I wanted to show you what I'm capable of. That the power of the Astley family never dies." She walked in front of him. "I...I'm sorry...Mam...please forgive me..." He kept repeating; his voice increased each time he said it. But it didn't affect her at all. It seemed as though she couldn't hear him; no one could cause they didn't even look at him.

Dean was frozen in place in terror at the sight, not believing his eyes, as panic took over every inch of his body. "Please stop, please I beg you, I'm sorry, please I don't want to die." She started screaming again, with a voice that filled the place with emotion, and her body started trembling more, as if she had epilepsy, her chest rising and falling quickly, and she was breathing through her mouth, screaming out loud gasps.

After a few nervous minutes, Peter groaned and lifted his head, his eyes overflowing with rage as he scowled at the three of us. Marina frowned. “What do you mean by that?” "Now wait for a second," Daniel interjected. "Die?" I asked, effectively cutting Daniel off. It seemed like horrible things were going on, however it appeared exaggerated. Are people really dying? "Yeah, drop dead. Those screams aren't generated by people who are watching a scary movie. Something else is occurring, and individuals are dying. That noise out there is complete annihilation," Peter said harshly.

Saving himself for a swift knockout punch. Alpha Austin looked like he had bit off more than he could chew and from the look of anger on his face the embarrassment was becoming too much. “Here we go, this is where your dad kicks his ass” Bailey elbowed me playfully but didn’t look away. Just as she said it my moth dropped open. Alpha Austin shifted in the blink of an eye, wrapping his jaws around Dad’s throat, and ripped away with such speed I almost didn’t see it. The crowd roared and a scream rang out to my left. I turned to see my mother collapsed against Jason.

I scream. It feels almost like an illusion. His hands stop wandering my body and his eyes widen. Then, I lift my hand to his face and start scratching, and he does nothing to stop me. All he does is clutch his chest. I keep scratching until his body falls over mine, limp. I push him off and sit up, and when I see his open eyes, the realization hits me, I know he’s dead. I scream and scramble back until I hit the wall, horrified. My shaking hand covers my mouth, trying to muffle the sound.

I kept repeating in broken sobs despite the pain ringing in my head. But his body jerked again, and his hands found me, clamping down on my arms with a strength that wasn’t human anymore. He dragged me closer, as if even dying he couldn’t stand the thought of me slipping away. “Aqua–” his breath came ragged, broken between his teeth, and then— He screamed. It wasn’t a normal scream. It was deep, tearing, like it was clawing up from the pit of him and breaking every bone in its way out. His back arched, his claws splitting the sheets, the sound ripping through me until my knees gave out.

I scream until the foundations of the very castle vibrate beneath my feet, as if we’re in yet another accursed earthquake that started this all, but no, that’s just my body vibrating with the maelstrom of emotions rushing through it. I scream, cradling my brother's dead body to my chest, shaking him, asking him to wake up just one more time, dammit, to open his eyes and look at me because he can't leave, not after everything, not after us winning back our pack. How is this possible? How can he die like this? He was just alive a minute ago. He was breathing minutes ago!
