DEATH REINCARNATE

DEATH REINCARNATE

“Wonderful.” Snapping her finger and like the soul heard her and yield over their found master. Screams of tortured souls echo, as their cries, overflows and the image of the first terrace of the loop of hell is being shown. By which and with a smile from her, she utters the words. "Pride.” Whispering and like a warning bell and more of an alarm clock. Scream of dread and pain echoes as the souls and cries trap and torture within the terrace is getting louder and louder with each second, where she continues.

Legend Of The Third Spirit

Legend Of The Third Spirit

But Purple Smoke stopped her by freezing her neck forward. Purple Smoke then pulled her hands higher above the jar along with a thick black smoke coming out from the black crystal. She was in some kind of unexplainable pain by the way her arms and the rest of her body trembled while sweating profusely. Then she pushed the black smoke towards Méah. The screams on it were even more louder and deafening, the screams of the damned souls. Their figures that took form as black smokes were as terrifying as their name. They don't have nose or hair but their whole face was only composed with two red eyes and an exceptionally wide mouth.

Rebound to the Lycan Alpha

I saw her pure white soul create a striking contrast against his dark figure. With a sudden flurry of wings, the ravens and crows swooped towards Mizkeal and Kian’s souls. Their forms blurred into a whirlwind of darkness as they revolved around Kian’s body. The mist reverberated with the piercing caws of ravens and crows and Mizkeal’s agonizing screams as his soul was ripped apart bit by bit. The sound was so unbearable I could feel it reverberate in my soul even with my hands tightly pressed against my ears.

I have very specific authors that I read from in these apps like a Jessica Hall and Moonlight Muse, but I think I may have just found a favorite to add to the list! This story is absolutely amazing! It pulls you in from the beginning with betrayal, pain, lust, love and an amazing adventure of magic!
Michaela Kotrmanová

Replaced by His First Love

Replaced by His First Love

The petrification was gone, but the ghost of the stone remained, a structural stiffness in my marrow that reminded me I had outplayed a god at the cost of my own design. The air didn't smell like pine anymore. It smelled of stagnant mercury, ozone, and the sour, acidic sweat of a thousand wolves circling the ruins of their own home. Down in the courtyard, the survivors of the "Global Scream" were waking up. They weren't howlings in worship. They were clutching their heads, their eyes bloodshot, their scents a chaotic mess of trauma and betrayal. Marek of the Southern Cross was there. Silas of the Northern Crags was there.

Mated to my Enemy Alpha King

Mated to my Enemy Alpha King

There is only evil. “ You… ” Her eyes turn black, the white disappearing altogether. “ You will lose your soul, Anasazi. ” A shriek pierces the air. My ears burn as if someone poured hot lava inside them. I scream, covering them. It’s not only me. Everyone is screaming. It hurts. It feels like my eardrums are about to explode. I shake my head, trying to suppress the pain, and look up at Aleister. He is not screaming like others, but he has released his grip on Agrona’s throat.

This book was amazing. I couldn’t put it down. The character development was incredible for both Avery and Aleister. I can’t wait for the entire gang to come together again for Dustin’s book. This is Book 3 so try to read Books 1 & 2 if you can to better understand the story. S.Y. is a great author.

I fell in love with this book. Avery and Aleister’s story was the most dark, saddest, evil and romantic so far. Avery’s character was a beautiful journey and they are my favourite couple now, followed by Lenora and Stryker. Still NO love for Amelia, Tyson deserves much better. GREAT story, ty!!!

Revenge after deceit: I belong to mafia Don

Revenge after deceit: I belong to mafia Don

This is where I die. As the wolves prepared to strike, I braced myself for the end. The forest seemed to hold its breath, the moonlight casting dancing shadows like specters. But just as the lead wolf lunged, everything shifted. The scene began to blur and fade. Scream, Morticia commanded. Scream like you did that night. I opened my mouth and let out a piercing scream—not of physical pain, but of pure, soul-deep anguish. The sound tore from my throat, raw and desperate, echoing through the vision until it shattered like glass.

Lost Soul

Lost Soul

I was feeling the pain of the sprinkles of holy water being thrown at me, it's like glass cutting through my flesh. I was wailing with pain as every words written in that stupid bible cuts my insides, I can feel my bile rising up my stomach as I vomit brownish green fluids out. I can feel myself weakening. It's as if my soul is being cast out of Cassidy's body.

SOUL'LESS

SOUL'LESS

I closed my eyes and hoped, prayed silently that the rest of the night could go without any more nightmare but of course I didn't deserve relief. I dreamt again and again till morning came, this time I couldn't scream. No, they didn't grant me that escape, my demons this time made me relive the worst of my dreams, silent tears trailing down my face with no one there to save me. JAKE After leaving Elena's room, he went straight to his study as he was sure he wouldn't be able to sleep a wink anymore. He had been jerked awake by a piercing scream of agony that he had thought the house was under attack.

But Payal turned to the other side. Rakesh got up and brought the violin from inside the camp and started playing it. First its tune was light and calm and later it turned up and its tune and melody just started mixing an environment, running stream, tall trees and calm greens. Payal was feeling this tune. Like it was anchored her heart and she felt like current is running down her spine. She was feeling every single wave disturbance by this tune. As Rakesh stoped playing the tune. And as Payal switched off from her imaginations. She shouted "shit, its burned out"

Following the suppression of such pain, Fane also started to understand the waves of soul power lashing out on his body. It turned out that the wind blowing toward his body was not wind. In fact, they were soul-shockwaves formed by the coagulation of souls. These soul-shockwaves were not aggressive and seemed to be formed by the gathering of actual souls. He could even feel the last wails of these souls to the world before they physically perished. “Let go of me! I don’t want to die!” “You b*stard! You filthy, worthless *sshole! I’ve groomed you with so much care throughout the years, and you repay me by betraying me! You even killed me!”

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon 'Screaming Souls' during a deep dive into indie horror games, and it left a lasting impression. The story follows a group of urban explorers who break into an abandoned psychiatric hospital, only to discover it's a nexus for trapped spirits. The twist? The souls aren't just haunting the place—they're using visitors to reenact their traumatic deaths. The protagonist, a skeptic journalist, slowly uncovers the hospital's dark past through fragmented patient diaries and surreal visions. The game blends psychological horror with puzzle-solving, forcing you to question whether the screams you hear are echoes of the past or something more immediate.

What really got under my skin was the way the game plays with perception. One minute you're reading a patient's scribbled confession, the next you're living it through a first-person flashback. The line between protagonist and victim blurs horrifically in the final act, where you have to choose between freeing the souls or becoming one of them. The ambiguity of the ending—whether it's all in your head or supernatural—kept me debating for days.
