FATED

FATED

Each time I recall that moment, the more my heart breaks. “You have to go, he will be back soon” Noah said as he unlock my cage and turn towards the others. “What do you mean?” I asked as I stumble to get myself in position and out of the prison. “He got drunk last night and forgot the keys before he left for his journey and knowing him, he will be back soon. Run and don’t ever come back” He said in a stern tone. “What about you?” Reuben, a thirteen year old who is also there with us and his baby sister asked while Josh held Noah’s hand.

On Your Kneels, Alpha Chase

On Your Kneels, Alpha Chase

“Say what you came to say, witch.” She ignored him and looked directly at Finn and Fia. Her eyes widened. Her breath hitched. Her hands trembled. “Oh, Goddess…” she whispered. “It’s true.” Chase moved step forward. “What’s true? Speak.” The seer turned to him, her gaze sharp as knives. “Your children are the axis on which the future will tilt. Light or darkness. Salvation or destruction.” My fingers tightened around Finn’s hand. Lucian shifted beside me, jaw clenched.

BETROTHED TO MY LUNA OF TWO WORLDS

BETROTHED TO MY LUNA OF TWO WORLDS

Well I actually sent word that no one should speak of that crazy incident. Another elder leaned forward. “She does not smell like a wolf.” Murmurs filled the room. I clenched my jaw. Before I could speak, the Seer stepped forward. Seer POV The moment they questioned her scent, I knew their minds were already resisting. Elders feared what they did not understand. “Fate does not always follow what we expect,” I said calmly. The hall grew quiet. I turned toward the entrance. “Bring her in.” The doors opened.

Help! I don't want to be the female lead

Help! I don't want to be the female lead

he replied, “Two ways actually.” Seraphine was curious as to what they could be. “First one is for to die in your fated way— the method that was chosen for you without any manipulation of fate involved,” he vocalized. “Elaborate, please.” “You are special; you’re not an original resident of this World. The fate was already at its limit when it integrated you to be a part of this World, and Aeryes, having a glimpse of the future, changed the way of your fated death. If it was for someone else, this would hardly be an issue.

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

This time, his gaze locked on me, but the look he gave me was different from what he gave the others. And truthfully, I didn’t even want to hear the words that would come out of his mouth. “Fate was sealed the moment you stood before the council,” Varius spoke. “You will never touch, yet blood will mark you. You will never strike, yet betrayal will wound deeper than any blade.” I felt lightheaded, and the word betrayal went straight through me. What fate had been set the day I stood before the council? And most importantly, was that what Adelaide meant when she said it was too late?

Cris
A year has already passed, and the book is still not finished. Although it is very well written (except for the chapters where the action drags), I have started to get bored. I keep waiting for “ the war that ends the world” but it never comes.

I used to wait for the chapters but now it is unnecessarily dragged on. Author builds up for climax so nicely but unfortunately it never comes which leaves reader frustrated and at some point gives up ( like me). Seems like lot of tease without any ending.

The Moon Goddess Choice

The Moon Goddess Choice

Carl questioned. “Shouldn’t it be the other way round?” Meagan blurted out. "A CARD OF FATE.” The Seer whispered. "A card of fate?" Carl and Meagan repeated in unison ************************** PRESENT DAY Thinking back on that day, Carl wished he could undo the memory. For years now he hadn't really thought about it but lately the seer’s words kept resonating like a force that refuses to be shut out. It ate deep into his mind everyday he wakes up to see the daylight.

SEALED FATE

SEALED FATE

The atmosphere was tense, the air thick with anticipation. Elder Thalor, the seer of the Council, stood abruptly, his eyes wide with revelation. “A convergence has occurred. A new force stirs within the tapestry of fate. ” High Chancellor Elowen narrowed her gaze. “What do you perceive, Thalor? ” Thalor's voice trembled. “A child, not yet born, but her essence resonates through the aether. She is of the old blood, intertwined with the forbidden lineage. ”

Choosing Fate

Choosing Fate

Saph demands, her eyes welling with tears and her lips trembling. “I wanted to! But in one of those letters, Father said that knowledge can be dangerous. He and Mama almost rejected each other because of what she knew about the plague. They thought they’d survive it and take chosen mates instead. But they decided it wasn’t worth it. That messing with fate could cause more harm than good. So, they trusted in fate. You think I wanted to learn all of this? I was perfectly content being in the dark all these years,” I shout back, feeling my own eyes fill with tears.
