Over and over and over again. I was surprised I could still stand as I stumbled through the club, Serena leading me towards the dance floor. She spun me around, giggling and clapping her hands together as I continued the twirling and dancing. “I am SO glad you’re letting loose babe!” she giggled, following me in a slut drop. We were both giggling and in the corner of my eye I could see a group of guys nodding and grinning at us. My eyes fell onto one, giving him a wink.

The house was quiet except for music playing faintly, something upbeat, a pop song with too much bass. I rounded the last step, entering the open, sunlit kitchen, and then froze completely. There she was. Serena. Dancing barefoot on the marble floor, hips swaying to the rhythm, her long legs exposed beneath a silky, pale-blue nightshirt that stopped just barely below the curve of her thighs. Her hair was up in a messy bun, a wooden spoon in one hand as she stirred a pan on the stove. She spun around once with a little giggle, completely oblivious to me standing at the threshold.

I see her body shaking slightly, hell, one more push of the button and she will be finished, she will undo in front of us. “Serena, you’re quiet?” Dwayne questions and I see her eyes, she had forgotten they were here. Hitting the button I watch her. She is lucky he is stood behind her, fuck she looks hot. I watch her fight back the moans of pleasure, her hands grasped together. I see her nails digging into the skin. Blood forming around them. “Serena?” Dwayne taps her and I can’t help but smile, but, I’m not done yet. Standing I begin to walk towards her, my hand reaches out to pick up the dagger.

“She wanted to dance.” Elara turned, running to Serena. “Mommy! He dances funny!” Serena forced a smile, kissing her daughter’s forehead. “Of course he does.” She met Damian’s gaze over Elara’s head, her eyes hard. “Don’t use her to play your games.” His reply was soft, almost dangerous. “I wasn’t.” That night, the storm came. Serena had just settled Elara into bed when Damian entered her suite without knocking. He leaned against the doorframe, his presence filling the room.

Several full songs played. What snapped us out of our collective trance was when Serena decided to disrobe. First to go was the pullover she was wearing over her tank top. With her eyes still closed and her hips still swaying, she then she reached down and unbuttoned her shorts (she had changed clothes after our encounter earlier in the day). As she looked around the room, her eyes met Nathan's. He was watching her with a look of admiration and love, and she felt her heart swell with emotion. She walked over to him, taking his hand in hers, and together they began to dance.
