Shadows of Desire

Shadows of Desire

I wrote it like a friend. There is someone in pain, someone who looks at mirrors not to see herself but to measure how watched she is. I saw her slip through a service door that hummed like a secret. I think fear has her by the throat. I think that is how someone like Adrian wins—he finds people whose shame is heavier than their pride and he pushes.

Lovers For The Blood Moon

Lovers For The Blood Moon

The Edge of Shadows The bitter wind howled through the ruined valley, carrying with it the scent of ash and despair. Saraphina tightened her grip on John’s trembling hand, feeling the coldness seeping through his skin. The chasm beneath them pulsed with an eerie blue flame that danced like restless spirits trapped between worlds. Around them, the remnants of a once-majestic temple lay in shattered ruin, broken pillars and scorched stone telling silent stories of betrayal and bloodshed.

Shadows of Solitude

Shadows of Solitude

The morning light filtered weakly through the curtains, casting fractured patterns on the floor — much like my thoughts, splintered and jagged. I sat at the small kitchen table, clutching my cup of cold coffee, staring at the leather-bound book *Reflections of the Forgotten* open before me. The stories inside weren’t just tales — they were warnings, lessons written in sorrow and hope. Women who had lived as shadows, trapped in lives borrowed from others, fighting to reclaim their own reflections.

The alpha king's slave mate

The alpha king's slave mate

Nobles and warriors alike cried out, hands clamping over their ears, faces twisted in pain. But I held firm. My body trembled, the scream ripping through my bones, but I didn’t let go. I couldn’t. The shadows writhed, twisting violently, lashing out like serpents around the arrow. My breath hitched as something cold and furious surged up through my fingertips, flowing into me, clawing to take hold. I fought it back with every shred of will I had, gritting my teeth until the shadows screamed louder, then— They began to die.

The Broken Luna Returns

The Broken Luna Returns

“You’re tearing yourself apart!” “I can’t,” I sobbed. “If I stop, he dies!” The forest screamed. Literally screamed. Shadows erupted from the ravine walls, peeling away from the stone like living ink. Figures formed—twisted, half-made, eyes glowing with hunger. “They’re coming for her!” Winter shouted, drawing his blades. Oragon leapt down beside us, slashing through the first shadow that lunged. “Finish it now!” My vision blurred. Blood dripped from my nose, warm and dizzying.

The Shadow Effect

The Shadow Effect

He was shocked at the power of the shadow and yet he couldn't attack it via normal means, he managed to pull the pillow away from her face and heard her breathing hitch, as she managed to take in the air to sustain her lungs. The shadow then turned his ire towards Matthias, stabbing him in the chest with a poisoned knife. Matthias screamed in agony as the fire of the poison worked through his system, before falling to the ground next to Emma. As they both lay there dying from the venom in their system, the door burst open as Katana and Viktor entered with brutal force. Katana had faced such an evil shadow once before and knew exactly how to stop this evil with a silent magic spell. With each

Gifted Shadows

Gifted Shadows

I snatched a doily off of the side table and tried to wrap my arm but it soaked with blood instantly. Hashem was slowly getting to his feet and I turned to face him. “You are a traitor and you will die a coward’s death,” I said, in a whisper but loud enough for him to hear. I reached for my shard as he lunged toward me with a piece of glass. I was just barely able to move and he tried again to swipe at me, this time he connected and got my side. FUCK! I was going to pass out soon, it was too much. Blood, there was blood everywhere. The yelling, the voices and the footsteps were everywhere now, close and I heard the voices yelling in English.

Loved this story. I wish their was a sequel. I wanted her with Fletch but Javi is just as amazing. Great story. Loved it talked about their hardships. Most importantly, for me, that she was a Black girl (biracial) trying to fit in and go through life.

Demon: Supernatural Bad Boys V

Demon: Supernatural Bad Boys V

But when I open them again and look towards where he is, I still see black leather wings and crimson eyes. His fighting is even more impressive than what I’ve seen in Sahara’s gladiator ring. When the shadow aims some kind of power, he flies back, flips, and lunges at what I assume is its head. He flaps his wings, pushing the shadow back and aims his sword over it, cutting through it. He twirls again and piercing the center of the shadow over and over again until the shadow fractures and shatters into a million pieces. As soon as that happens, the fog fades, and the dark monster disappears, leaving the shadows of the true darkness behind.

Shadows of Deception

Shadows of Deception

The lights in the room seemed to fade, and the children faded around her: Everything disappeared, and she was left alone in that cold, dark room. The metallic smell of blood laced through the room, and she turned around to be surrounded by the ghost of those children. They were covered in blood. Some of their arms and legs twisted abnormally and some sustained deep wounds. She wanted to run, but she couldn’t. Her feet were glued to where she stood. They all neared her in that circle, they wanted to hurt her: They walked closer to her. Closer: Closer:

The Alpha's Return

The Alpha's Return

Her voice trembled as her eyes locked onto ours. Shadow advanced, the prickly thorns grazing our skin as he inhaled her intoxicating scent. In an instant, everything unfolded with alarming speed. I desperately yelled for him to stop, but he ignored my pleas, propelling our shared body through the thorny bushes. The stinging pain failed to deter him. Arabella's piercing scream filled the air as he emerged and ruthlessly tackled her to the ground. “LEO STOP!” Arabella’s desperate cries fell on death ears. In a matter of seconds, a wave of pitch-black fur engulfed my arms as Shadow shifted. Arabella's screams intensified as his razor-sharp claws mercilessly dug into her wrists, piercing her del
