“Hey, buddy hold on,” I gasp as I watch him turn back into human form.
“Hey, I’m sorry,” he begins, but I shake my head as more bullets whizz past.
“Climb on,” I tell him, but he shakes his head.
“Kane, just go,” He whispers, but I stay firm in my answer.
