CHAPTER 6: A Silver Goddess! Damian The strangest part was still being in her human form with all that lividness exuding from her. Tusk-sharp claws I would never imagine on a broken weakling like her. Scary canines exposed in a bitter snarl. Her naturally black hair waved thicker over her back with ancient silver streaks, gleaming no differently from the blinding light in her eyes, or do I call it blazing flames? The room burned hotter with every passing second.

A family trait passed down through generations. “How do you know my name?” He stepped closer. “Listen carefully. The color of your blood is silver. That’s how I knew. Only Lynix carry that ancient strain, the one that makes you immune to silver. You heal too fast, too perfectly making you a pure descendant of the Silver wolves.” Laughter burst out of me… sharp, disbelieving. “That’s ridiculous.
