I came back home continuously processing Sister's words, Mahala's appearing and everything that led to Sister's imprisonment. Perhaps, there must have been something seriously wrong with me because I couldn't treat Sister simply as an evil witch. Her vengeance was completely out of proportion, yet she wasn't the one who began the bloodshed. My body still hasn't fully recovered. I told myself it was all worth it. And now, I find out that just as I got pregnant, my husband was already crawling into bed with his own brother's widow. And I'll thank the whole de Sanctis for doing it. That's what made up my sister's fiancé. Always creating loopholes to get in, sneaky in his own way, toying with people, and getting them into his hands. Controlling those who are ignorant to buy what he has to offer. That's awesome, and a jerk. All anyone who knew him could do was avoid him, and distance smart enough to ignore him, and pretend that he wasn't even there. That's all I played, pretending not to remember what he took from me, and pretending that I didn't know him other than that he was my sister's fiancé.
