Sloane "We heard your father was a murderer." “Yeah, and your mother was too.” “What does that make you? Huh, Slade?” “Fuck you,” Slade snarls. He’s not afraid of these ranked wolves, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t get hurt if they jump him. There are five of them and everyone of them is three years older than he is. “I mean, if you’re offering, feel free to get on your knees,” one of the guys says, grabbing his crotch while the others laugh.

“Right. That's why you’re standing in a dead car, in a flood storm, shaking like a leaf?” My jaw hardens. “I just need to get home—” “No.” The word is sharp and final. “I said I need to go home,” I repeat, louder this time. “And I said no.” Slade tilts his head, rain sliding over the scar on his jaw. “Unless you’re planning to drown in a gutter, Little Rebel.” Before I can fire back, someone materializes behind him. It's one of his men, I think. Tall and dressed in black, holding a large umbrella like he’s been waiting for a command.

Clive smiled through her. "I hope you'll meet Celeste someday. I want her to taste your cooking Mom. By the way, Celeste is my girlfriend. She is a member of the Klatts of Octave City." Clive declared. Clive's parents were speechless for a moment. Especially Rico. He knew the Klatts from before. They have met a lot of times in Country S when he was still young. "Do you mean the rich and famous Klatts of Octave City? Are you sure about this? They are really powerful." Rico warned worriedly.

Matt nods toward the window looking over my mother's garden to find her, my father, and Councilmember Simon chatting peacefully. Seeing their inner peace does nothing to calm the fire raging in my chest, the fury pushing me only to see red as my vision blurs with a vermillion hue. Slade is on the verge of turning feral ready to destroy anyone who stands in our way regardless of their connection to us, and I agree with him.

This man, named Gavin, is pretty stupid to be the head of security in Dark Wolf. “Are you deaf-“ My words stuck in my throat when I hear the lock turn, and I resist the urge to back into a corner when Slade walks in. He’s wearing a deep frown, his hair in disarray all over his face, but what broke my heart was the fact that his eyes didn’t meet mine. He crossed the room to shake hands with Gavin, keeping a good distance between us, his eyes doing a deep sweep of the room and his lips narrowed in distaste.

Ravan questioned shabbier purposely stressing on Reva’s name as his bloodshot eyes remained fixed on his every move. On other hand when shabbier heard Ravan word a flash of worry got lingered on his face which was quickly replaced by arrogance, he took a sip his Scotch and with one step at a time started walking towards Staircase to come down “Reva… Reva… Reva… Your fucking slut, I thought she was nothing but a bed warmer to you… until...” Shabbier said as he stared heading down “That bitch got up trapped in her spell and convinced you to leave me, to leave this underworld, this empire which you and I build together in India” Shabbier added as he took one last sip of his scotch and sent h

The insult to his mate was unbearable. ‘The audacity, the sheer nerve this bastard had, it will be fatal for him!’ Slade growled. ‘First, he kidnaps my mate, and then he pulls stunts like this, affecting her mind! He is as good as dead! No one, nothing, can save his sorry ass now!’ The words were mine, but the raw, primal fury was all Slade's. He wanted blood, he wanted revenge. Ivor stared out the helicopter window for a moment, his shoulders slumping slightly. I noticed his mood darken, his shoulders falling in a defeated way. Something was bothering him.

House Duskil/NightViper (Wolf/Serpent): The venomous, the healers who know how to kill, the poison-masters and physicians. He paused, his eyes boring into mine. That was Caliath's pack. The realisation hit me like a brick. He was not only a werewolf, but he was also a hybrid. The slits in his eyes, the green tail, the coldness of his touch. Everything made sense to me. He was half-serpent. Caliath continued. His gaze now meaningfully settled on Xalik. “6. House StormRiders/Dravidus (Wolf/Waveryns): The untameables, the nightriders, the swift and unpredictable. Although no dragon shifters have remained in our world now. They are merely a myth. They come closer to what dragons were.”

“It’s Slade. He’s in. He said to meet him at Jimmy’s Egg restaurant in Durant.” Rin turns to reprogram the GPS, though she keeps her hand clasped in mine. “Who is this Slade?” Meredith asks. The three of us look at each other for several tense moments before I say, “He’s the son of the alpha of the Black Night Pack. The pack that killed our pups.”

'I swear on everything holy that if something happens to her, i will destroy everyone who is responsible for it' he thought with anger. 'Yes, we should' Hydra agreed. Raphael descended on the cliff with barely restrained anger. He doesn't have to look far, he spotted Valerie tied to a tree, and she is facing away from him.
