I ignored her and opened the door to the van and jumped in. "Shall we?" I asked with a smile then pulled my bag from my back and lay it next to me on the seat. "Yes, princess." He whispered annoying me. He started the car and drove off. "So what class do you take?" I asked seriously. "I love technology, that's a given clue." He said as I shook my head. I was wrong because a nerd was a person seen as overly intellectual, obsessive, introverted, or lacking social skills. The guy next to me was too social according to what I had figured. He was a geek perhaps.

The next few days went as flat as a pancake. Everything felt quiet, almost dull. Some students still teased and laughed at me for always being alone. The truth? I don’t have any friends here. I’ve tried, but it’s hard for me to socialize. My interests are just... different. Most people here like hanging out, partying, or going out after class, while I prefer staying home, reading books, or watching shows. I was once called a nerd because of that. Someone even said, “Who even reads books these days?”

She knows I don't like being called Summer, she's like that every day. "Good morning," I said and sat down. I looked outside our room because I heard a noise, I saw a girl like me who is also a nerd. The boys were bullying her again, pulling her bag. I'm really annoyed when someone just keeps quiet somewhere and then suddenly some people bully you like f*ck! I guess, their life is boring because they're disturbing other's life. Those are terrifying, aren't they?! I stood in front of the door and crossed my arms.

This guy probably still lived with his mom and drank chocolate milk with his lunch. Tom knew about computers, but not much else. "Teddy's an old friend of mine who does good work," I said, clapping him on the shoulder just a little harder than absolutely necessary. "Don't worry about it. See ya' later, pal." Tom nodded and retreated back to his cubicle, wincing and rubbing his thin shoulder. He probably weighed about a hundred pounds soaking wet, and carried around an inhaler for his asthma. In my day they would have called him a nerd. I didn't know what the modern term was for it.

He secretly sighed in relief. "You see, in the student council, there are three smaller council that take care of the students. They are the jocks, the normie, and the nerds. They were established to maintain balanced relationship between the three biggest classification in this uni, so that nothing bad happened. By the way, I am from the Nerd's group." She showed her Nerd's ID that she had taken out from her bag to Noel. Noel stared at the ID in amazement and full of curiosity.

"Nun? Then everyone will call you sister. Are you OK with that sister Amara? I felt insects crawling all over body when he called me that! Ewwww. "Eww don't call me that! Idiot" I flared at him. "Yes, you will be a nun for sure the devil nun valak from the "movie nun" see ." he displayed a picture on his phone and I flinched watching that photo. It was a nun in black clothes looking creepy. "You know what! I used to be a nerd in my school, with round glasses and braces." my attention turned towards Nate who exhaled deeply as he continued.

At this time of the year, I wanted to hibernate and wake up only in the spring. Yes, for most of people around it was me - a hardworking student who is afraid of the dark like a small child. Already in elementary school, they laughed at me if this secret was revealed, let alone in college. No wonder I didn't have too many friends. The fact that I was a bit of a nerd didn't make me more popular either. Of course, it never bothered me because I always preferred to study rather than party anyway.

He blew a bit of his brown hair off his face. His cold blue eyes held her warm brown ones. "What?" he asked in a bored tone. "You're awesome," she whispered but he heard her. He turned to her. "I know," he then looked away. She rolled her eyes. Andrew. "Hmph," Luke scoffed, crossing his arms. He nudged Janet on her side. "Mark my words nerd, I can and I will get applauded like that. Even double the power!" Ava chuckled and bent double, laughing, "Dream on." Snow just clapped along with everyone else.

My mind was retorting at me. " That's why you are a dumb Nerd," I muttered to myself in disbelief.
