Mated To My Lycan Stepbrothers
SIERRA
I tried. I really did. But the flames didn’t listen. They just kept spreading, faster and hotter, eating up everything in their path. The heat was unbearable, licking at my skin like it was hungry for me, too. My chest heaved as I coughed, desperate for air, but all I got was thick, choking smoke. It felt like it was wrapping around my throat, squeezing tighter with every second.
My lungs burned, and my eyes watered so bad I could barely see anymore. Everything was just a blur of red and orange and black, swirling together like some kind of nightmare. I wiped at my face, but it didn’t help. The tears kept falling anyway.
