LIGHT AFTER DARK

LIGHT AFTER DARK

Every earthy, oversexed inch of him absolutely repelled her and there was a certain deadly attraction to that amount of revulsion… Christophe moved with the grace of a prowling tiger. He had the face of a dark fallen angel and the stunning magnetism of a very physical male. She studied the dark planes of his impassive features, the clear golden eyes set beneath winged black eyebrows and the savagely high cheekbones which lent such fierce strength to his face. Her gaze glossed over the stubborn jut of a decidedly Greek nose and the wide perfection of his narrow mouth before hurriedly falling away.

Whispers of the Dark

Whispers of the Dark

Natyaramona asked, louder this time. I glanced at Ambrosio. He nodded and used his new vampire speed to get Natayaramona the liquid she wanted. Dark of Night

Dark of Night

Dark of Night Copyright 2019 Emily Goodwin Chapter One “What do you see when you look at this one?” The doctor holds up a card, showcasing an ink splotch that’s twisted and creepy, with eyes that follow you no matter where you go. I look at it, heart hammering away inside my chest. The mess of ink on the white paper reminds me of the monster that lurks in Nana and Papa’s basement, the one that tried to get Abby and Scott to go downstairs with it.

The Hidden Luna Queen

The Hidden Luna Queen

I couldn’t make my legs work; I stood frozen, not sure what was happening. And then I felt it… it was a darkness like no other. The use of dark magic was powerful and though I never encountered it or felt it before, I knew I could recognize it. It was strong and consuming, nearly bringing me to my knees. The screams echoed around me, closing in around me and making me feel as if I couldn’t breathe. As I looked out the window, there was a slight purple haze to the nightfall, and I knew something dangerous was approaching. It was a briefing of the feeling I got when holding that spellbook, only this felt more powerful.

Liked this story. I read it because I loved one of the author's previous stories, so I felt like I was going to love this one too. And it was so true! However, I'd love it even more if you could update? Please? I'm thrilled to know what would happen next! Please! Pretty please!

How often are the chapters added? As an avid reader I'm loving the story, but now I'm having to wait for more chapters. The top ups are not cheap so I cannot afford to use them to start another book. Also I hope this book is not short lived, meaning so many unanswered questions involving characters.

A Dark Curse

A Dark Curse

My vision blackens at the edges, my legs weakening as I lean heavily against the door. Dominic is there, his presence a steady anchor in the storm of my agony. As if he had been waiting for me, his hand reaches out to catch me before I can fall, his touch a lifeline in the darkness that threatens to engulf me. Without a word, he guides me down to the basement, the cool stone walls closing in around us like a protective cocoon. With every step I take, the pain of the wolf’s bane coursing through my veins intensifies, a relentless torment that threatens to overwhelm me. Each breath is a struggle, each heartbeat a reminder of the poison that now courses through my body. The air is heavy with th

The Dark Truth

The Dark Truth

Unknowingly, my nerve cells started to respond to the circumstances. The two of them didn't seem to notice that there was someone else besides them as they were lost in their world. They appeared to be close friends and both of them were radiating in the room. One was blessed with light brown pastel coloured eyes which seemed as sweet as sugar and the other one was blessed with black coloured eyes which seemed as deep as the sea.

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

The Debt of His Desire: Pregnant by the Devil

The Debt of His Desire: Pregnant by the Devil

"Like I'm a debt that can never be fully repaid. Like you want to spend every night trying to find the interest." Dark moved with a speed that always caught her off guard. In three strides, he was in her space, his hand snaking around her waist and pulling her flush against his heat. The contact was electric. Iza’s breath hitched, her hands instinctively coming up to rest on his shoulders. The muscle there was like granite. "You think you’re so brave now, don't you?" Dark whispered, his lips ghosting over her forehead. "Because I haven't broken you yet. Because I let you keep that fire in your eyes."
