RED STRING

RED STRING

It was a feeling of familiarity and in an instant, the fear I felt vanished. Now I feel comfortable being around him. "Do you mind?" he asked while pointing to the space next to me. I gave him a simple nod. He sat beside me with contentment on his face. This man beside me kind of reminds me of someone but I can't point out who. He has this mischievous look, ebony eyes, and a well-defined jaw. His comb-over hair suits him well. He's wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt and dark pants. But one thing in him that made my brow furrowed is his slightly pale complexion.

The Reaver Chronicles: Ramses (Book 3)

The Reaver Chronicles: Ramses (Book 3)

I jumped in my shower though, hurrying to wash the blood off me. I jumped out and headed to my closet. Every single suit I had in there was solid black, not an inch of bronze anywhere to be found. I rolled my eyes. “God, The Otherside sucks.” I said to Titan, who agreed. I snapped to produce a better suit, and it came in black as well. “Fuck.” I said out loud. So my powers were here, but they think it’s hilarious to ruin my fashion sense. Ugh. I put the black suit on and luckily I found one pair of bronze shoes in my closet that I happily threw on. A little is better than none. “Ok, now that we have figured that out, let’s head to TwentyOne.” I told Titan.

The Transcendent Zombie System

The Transcendent Zombie System

It only fixed its eyes on the zombies after hearing Lucas’ comment. Everything seemed fine until it saw the zombies. They made the Humanoid Spider so horrified that it started to shout. "This…" The Humanoid Spider had only focused its attention on Lucas despite knowing there were five zombies beside Lucas. Without a doubt, it had not noticed the color of their eyes. Upon closer inspection, it noticed that out of the five Rank 7 Zombies, four of them had red eyes while one of them had silver eyes. In other words, out of the five zombies standing beside Lucas, four of them were Rank 7 Zombies while one of them was a Rank 6 Zombie.

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

I believe no updates is due to the platform not the authors themselves. Many of the books I’m reading are not updated as well. It is possible the authors are not able to upload their chapters on the platform

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

The hum of the helicopter’s blades echoed through the valley as we boarded. I wore a tailored, charcoal-grey suit with a silk lavender blouse that matched the hidden glow of my eyes. Around my neck, a high-collared scarf of pure spider-silk protected my secret. Pamela sat across from me, looking lethal in her Silver Pack security uniform, her burgundy wolf humming with anticipation.

Hate Me, Desire Me

Hate Me, Desire Me

“Grey.” I turned to see Spider approaching, his wiry frame moving with the ease of someone who had long ago accepted the chaos of this line of work. His tactical gear was smeared with dirt and blood, and his usually cocky smirk was replaced with something quieter. “You look like you got run over by a truck,” he said, crouching beside me. “Feeling’s mutual,” I replied dryly, though my voice lacked its usual sharpness. Spider leaned back on his heels, his dark eyes scanning the scene. “Hell of a mess, huh?”

Remnants of Alpha's blood

Remnants of Alpha's blood

Like power wearing human skin. He wore a black suit, tailored and sharp like a blade. His hair fell carelessly over his forehead, and his skin looked carved—refined and smooth as porcelain dipped in shadow. He didn’t look like he belonged in this place. No dirt. No blood. He smelled like wealth—like rare spices, cool leather, and danger wrapped in silk. His eyes… they weren't human. They were red. Crimson like crushed roses in snow. He stopped outside my cage.

Before He Was My Boss.

Before He Was My Boss.

“Oh… my God, what was he wearing?” I gasped. The suit hit me first. It was red. Not the unpleasant kind of red that begged for attention. The kind that commanded it. Deep, rich, maroon red that seemed to shift in the light, but looked even better in the dimness It fit him like it had been sewn directly onto his body.

Legendary Quest of the System Warrior

The suit stood out from the rest, boasting a vibrant combination of deep crimson and obsidian black. The fabric shimmered under the ambient light, as if infused with energy. Intricate silver patterns adorned its surface, tracing a web of designs that conveyed a sense of elegance and strength. The material appeared to be a fusion of advanced nanofibers, offering both durability and flexibility. The suit's design emphasized a balance between form and function. It hugged the wearer's frame, accentuating their physique without sacrificing comfort. Strategic padding adorned the vital areas, providing extra protection without hindering mobility. The sleek lines and contoured edges lent an air of f

Flawed Utopia

Flawed Utopia

Feeling his presents, I wanted to say that I knew he was there, but something stopped me from saying it. “Hello, my sunshine stuck in the devil’s cell, again” A whisper to my ear said. I sat there probably pale as him not knowing what to say next, he jumped down from the ceiling, making me move back a little in shock. He stood in front of me with a different suit, all black, but instead of a black tie it was red. Not a big difference, but I did notice his eyes were blood-red, indicating he ate before coming here. “Reginald, do you want an army of wolves to attack you?” I questioned, putting my head to the side, praying he would say what I wanted him to say.

Having a strong demon such as Suit by his side, he would not only have a way to save his wife, but he would have a powerful force by his side. “Good.” Suit responded with his arms wide. He looked pleased that Anderson had come to terms with everything. With his resolve, he might have an entertaining time. “Now then, shall we move on to the next?” Red smoke separated from suit behind him and slowly morphed into a black chair. It looked more like a small throne with a high back with intricate carvings at the top and artistically curved handles. Suit sat with his legs crossed, making himself comfortable.
