Just when Wilbur was feeling a little helpless, the spider silk on the floor suddenly flew up and wrapped itself around Wilbur's leg. The three spiders in three different directions pulled on Wilbur. He was being tugged so hard he was in midair. He was extremely speechless too. "Enough! All three of you, let me go now!" As he said that, his body surged with the power of destruction, which sliced off the spider silks, allowing Wilbur to land on the ground. He flipped his right hand and the thunder cleaver appeared in his hand.

Sage’s stomach twisted as she spotted the machine hovering above them, a turret mounted on its underside.

Hi everyone! I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all of you who have read Revenge in Silk up to this point! I know that some (or many) of you may think that this book is too short, but I did that on purpose to keep the main plot going. I hope you don't mind and will still love this book. I looked up at Silas, wanting to thank him, but as I opened my mouth to speak, I saw the colours of his face drain, and he shrank back. The mark on my shoulder throbbed, and I heard a low, threatening growl coming from behind me. I immediately turned and faced Xander’s massive midnight-black Lycan beast. I blinked, and by the time my eyes reopened, Xander had already started sprinting toward Silas’s running form through the woods.

It was not visible to others, but Matthew managed to layer his arms with dragon scales so Theraphosa’s sickle did not cut him. Rain was next to confront the spider-woman. She and Rain were caught in a fierce fight. Sounds of metal clashing and sliding against each other were heard multiple times for the next few seconds. “[Imbue: Black Blade], [Imbue: Sharpness], [Imbue: High Poison].” Rain casted multiple spells onto his sword once he got some breathing room. His sword turned into a jet black colour and omnious dark green mist surrounded it.

Creed turned towards Brolin who kept staring at the numbers hovering over the holographic image," You think you have a shot at creating something better than the silk fiber?" "Yeah! As a premium allow, Silk fiber is a commendable innovation by humans. In fact its attributes are so astonishing it even beats the alloy that we use to build the Disque Caravans." Rolin interrupted his brother, "Don't listen to him. This idiot is too damn competitive and he still hasn't come to peace with the fact that a human-made alloy is better than a Darthar-made alloy." "Hey! I'm not competitive… I just wanna create something better! As an engineer, I refuse to believe that Silk-Fiber is the limit."
