Novel & Cerita Standard Book Of Spells

I stared at the scroll for a moment before unrolling it, the crisp parchment crackling beneath my fingers. There was the coiled serpent artwork at the right, and the heading was written in dark ink with striking precision: We don’t teach simple spells here. We teach control. Power. How to survive. Below it was a list, neatly divided into Basic Classes and Main Disciplines and the moment I read through them, the soup in my stomach churned. Basic Classes:

Zavier cursed as he realized he couldn't touch the real book. "I probably should've warned you." I said as I swiped my hand one more time changing the contents to the original state. I looked up to Zaviers beyond burnt hand and swiped it better. The fake book changed from a black to a brown color with light writing. It was a book of temporary spells. The second book was the real forbidden spells book and it was black with very old writing and paper that was dingy. You could feel the power radiating off of it. Hidden behind a false image It didn't seem as powerful as in it's true form

Bill stood up, bowed like a refined gentleman, and departed. I sprawled out on the floor, striking an inviting pose for a moment until he was gone, then sat up to focus on the ancient book. I had memorized how to read the Runes exactly as Bill had shown me. I had mastered the alphabet and practiced enough to understand its contents clearly. It spoke of the origins of witchcraft, as well as spells for attack, defense, and healing. On page 128, there was a spell to turn blood into an explosive that could be triggered at any moment.

Eric's head snapped up and he stared at me, "huh! Alright but not now, you need to be equipped first before you can go out there" "But..." "Shhhh....no buts, you'll see your sister for sure, first finish your meal and then we'll learn some spells" I quietly ate my meal and soon, he brought out a large book, on its cover was written "spells and incantations. volume one" my eyes rounded at how big it was, "are we going to finish this today?" "Of cause, we're running out of time" I frowned, "out of time for what" he looked at me briefly and I suddenly felt a bit odd about him,

I stop at what looks like a simple spell; I move away from the porch and grab a couple of small sticks, putting them on the ground away from anything else and pull my spell book out again; I read it BASIC FIRE SPELL - "Brisingen" Right, all I need to do is look at the small sticks and say the word and then it should start a small fire. I concentrate on the sticks and say, "Brisingen" I wait, and nothing happens.. So I try again, but this time I hold out my hand towards the sticks on the ground. I say it again, "Brisingen"

The book looks ancient, in an intriguing way, old leather binds the pages together. “Come look at this.” I call over to Creed. Skimming my fingers along the cover. It’s so beautiful, I start skimming the first few pages seeing simpler spells like, blindness spell, forgetness spell, protection spell, as I keep scanning each page the spells get more and more complicated. “What did you find?” Creed asks when he gets up to me. “My mothers spell book… there are some very complicated spells In this.” I whisper out loud. Creeds pov.

That was all, but I had been wary of the knowing smile he had given me for a split second. "Yes." I muttered, waiting for him to leave before I opened the book. "That would be all." He bowed, leaving the room. The librarian wasn't an old man with a face covered in grey hairs. He was young, older than I was, but younger than the stereotype and definitely weirder. I scanned the book and realised the order of druids contained spells translated to English. These were too useful to be locked away and forgotten inside this dark, cold room. The book listed the spells numbered in ascending order. A few of them had symbols next to them and a how-to-use description attached to it.

Yes, I am," I replied. "Good", She motioned for the cushion chair. "Seat then, I have something for you she went to her bookshelf, the bookshelf was filled with different books, some the same size, some smaller, some bigger, she reached for a corner of the bookshelf and pulled out a large, old leather-bound book on a nearby table. "This book contains all of the knowledge and spells you'll need to master your powers. However, it is not complete. It's a quarter complete.

“What’s up?” “Just wanted to go over the plan for tomorrow,” he said, lowering himself onto the leather sofa. “I have a few books stashed here on the island that I’ll need for us to proceed with our plans. In the past the previous Morningstar’s thought it wise to divide spells and place them in different books. That way if they fall into the wrong hands there will be less of a chance that some imbecilic witch dabbling in the dark arts will attempt to open a portal or cast a spell they have no business casting.” I lifted my shoulder in a shrug. “Makes sense. What did you need me to do?”
